If you were to wire the blue signal wire to a Haltech would it be inputted for a DPO pin or an AVI pin? Also, why doesnt the stock closed loop control system work with the Haltech?

On a bk2 it doesn’t
On a bk1 it does.
And DPO if memory serves.

CX racing kit with reinforced manifold welds. Turbo is a knock off name brand 3076GTX if I remember correctly.
