It's nice that this compilation was created and uploaded ahead of the Big Finish Fugitive Doctor series releasing! As a Big Finish fan I must admit, I do wish the channel and/or material surrounding the main show would advertise the Big Finish stuff a little more. It feels like some big secret sometimes, but aren't those stories technically canon? They're commissioned by the BBC, I know that much!
Big finish fits around the cannon of the show, but the show doesn't necessarily adhere to big finish. The way I see it doctor who contradicts so much that if you can make a coherent headcannon, that's all you need
The Division has the potential to be such a good villain organisation, I love the concept of them being a pre hartnell threat. The Fugitive Doctor was also so well done at being the face of The Doctors mysterious past with The Division, I’d like a return to this story sometime!

Jo was "The Doctor" & an amazing one at that & I'd love to see her come back even with a re-write 🤷🏻♂️ That episode when Jo said "Hello I'm The Doctor" my jaw was on the floor!! 🤯 & she cemented it with "We're leaving now. I am very much looking forward to The Thirteenth Doctor Adventures and The Fugitive Doctor series to come from Big Finish Productions and perhaps for the opportunity for these two wonderful actresses to cross paths again during their audio stories! I’ve not seen this season but from this clip Jo Martin appears to be a much more of a Doctor than Jodie is. Even when they were “merge” Jo Martin exudes a confidence that is present in all previous Doctors that Jodie doesn’t have.

The Fugitive Doctor audio is out this week, but it's always these sideways nods at the same product without actually being informative. Is this some kind of government regulatory thing because the BBC gets partial-to-full funding from the government?
It's down to their status as a public broadcaster, yes. I don’t remember exactly why, but essentially, they can’t imply that you need to spend money to get the full story. That means advertising for the Fugitive Doctor boxset is off-limits.
obviously it was for the storytelling, but it would be easy to come up with a reason. I like the idea I heard that the TARDIS itself was choosing a presentation for 13, reaching out so she would recognize her friend.
Rearranging the origin of The Doctor in such a fundemental way is the worst damage Chris Chibnall ever did to the series as the showrunner. I wont be suprised if this storyline never gets mentioned again for a long while, until some really talented writer finds a way to either improve or retcon it in a clever way.

Need more of Jo Martin's Doctor on screen! In limited screen time, she demonstrated that while she may be a very different version than what we're used to, she IS the Doctor.
In the start I didn't like Fugitive Doctor, I thought it was just another Chibnall's ridiculous idea. But when I started watching this episode I see she was totally badass. Much more badass than the War Doctor. Also, she reminds me a lot of my portuguese teacher from the 6th grade who considered me so much, she was present in the day the robbery happened and I saved everyone at my school. (she was robbed, but when the criminal was arrested she took revenge on him at the police station and recovered her things)
The Fugitive Doctor might be a silly idea, but the actual Doctor we got is as worthy as all the rest, and I hope we see more. To be fair, the War Doctor was also a silly idea (not to mention last minute) but it worked out fantastically.
You forgot to add the Fugitive Doctor's last adventure before she went into hiding. Jo Martin last mission was the planet of time where she saw the 13th Doctor in the mirror 5:00 she recognized her the moment the 13th told she was the Doctor. 11:27 is supposed to be before the time the Fugitive Doctor went into hiding and meeting the 13th. That confrontation is supposed to be the Fugitive Doctor, not the 13th Trouble with Time Lords, alway doing things out of order
It's a shame they hardly did anything with her other than being a tease of the Timeless Child retcon. The 50th anniversary explained entirely who the War Doctor is and gave us an entire character arc of him. Jo's Doctor is a mystery and barely explained and hardly brought up

The spymaster being reborn is a the result of the doctor as the timless child being used to rewrite time. (The division) Following the doctors immortality caused as 12 and 1 meeting making the doctor a fixed event. Moments before 13 fell to earth.
Why did they not say this Doctor Who was from another dimension from Universe A? Then, the second Doctor Who was from another dimension from the Universe B.
I'm sorry, that's a mystery that still has to be investigated more fully. I want the fugitive doctor's life known, and whether it connected to the '1st Doctor' at some point. I think this would be a good end story for the 15th Doctor jumping onto the 16th Doctor as she regens to ...the 1st?
Wait...The Fugitive Doctor can't have come before William Hartnell's Doctor, because Susan is the one who came up with the name of the TARDIS, and she was traveling with her "grandfather". Doesn't make any sense at all.... However, I just love the character!
Doctor Who is not internally consistent that way. There are a ton of instances where time lords speak of TARDISes as if it's the word for them in their language. It's not treated as if Susan came up with it anywhere in the show other than An Unearthly Child
Chibnal may have not been so bad after all, it looks like he left himself an out for all his previous bad writing without having to do a complete retcon In the true Spirit of the doctor, when everything seems to be down to All or nothing, to win or be defeated, he shows there is and always will be *_a 3rd option._*

Why did the Fugitive Doctor's TARDIS look like a blue box? That happened during Hartnell's run.

I'm sorry, that's a mystery that still has to be investigated more fully. I want the fugitive doctor's life known, and whether it connected to the '1st Doctor' at some point. I think this would be a good end story for the 15th Doctor jumping onto the 16th Doctor as she regens to ...the 1st?

Wait...The Fugitive Doctor can't have come before William Hartnell's Doctor, because Susan is the one who came up with the name of the TARDIS, and she was traveling with her "grandfather". Doesn't make any sense at all....
However, I just love the character!
Doctor Who is not internally consistent that way. There are a ton of instances where time lords speak of TARDISes as if it's the word for them in their language. It's not treated as if Susan came up with it anywhere in the show other than An Unearthly Child
