Its kinda therapy to me watching people visit my country 😊
I'm glad that you enjoyed watching, I hope to come back and do it again someday!
You’re from sweden too?
You should come in the summer when the sun sets at like 11 pm 😊
Well in Stockholm where I live the sun doesn’t set until 2-3 am during early summer
I would love to see Sweden in the summer!
@@sebastianrendel6352 You mean it starts to rise at 3 am
@@MilesDeep Go up north, where the sun doesn't set at all in the middle of summer.
Or doesn't rise in the middle of winter.
Check out this for further details: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arctic_Circle
Im swedish
Yeah, its get dark at 3-4 pm in the winter but in the summer the sun never sets in northern Sweden.
I would love to come and experience the Swedish Summer!
Next time you visit Sweden I will suggest you do it in summer. Then visit the west coast, the archipealago, the forest area and the mountains. The midnight sun of the north. If in winter you should try skiing in the mountains or forest. Or ice skating on a frosen lake. You've only scratched the surface.
I would love to do those things. You're right, I feel like I have barley scratched the surface. I will definitely be back to Sweden to explore more!
Sweden is beautiful especially in the summer. My mother is from Sweden and our relatives still live there. I worked in Sweden for a time just outside of Stockholm. Sweden has some of the most amazing pastries and ice cream in the world. You also need to have a varm korv (hot dog) from one of the known hot dog stands. They are definitely the best!
Swedish singer, Zara Larsson is one of composers of TWICE's More & More.
Many K POP Idols' Title songs have been composed, produced and arranged by Swedish.
I think it contributed globalization of K-POP.
My most favorite Swedish composers are Andreas Oberg and Cazzi Opeia.
Andreas Oberg participated in composition of Red Velvet's Umpah Umpah, Oh my gir's Windy Day.
Cazzi Opeia participated in composion of TWICE's Dance the night away, Red Velvet's psycho.
Swedish K-POP fans may be proud that Swedish musicians have been participating composition, producing and arrangement of K-POP idols' song.
4:34 - Oh no, you got one of them old trains. Hurts ones ears.
If u wanna have a good time i mean i good time, meet the people and do fun things u guys should come back in the summer
We really hope you come back in the summer soon!
Gold star awarded for the comment about the food :)
@@ClassicGuy1982 looks like djurgårdsbrons sjöcafe
Your first metro ride and you got an old train 🤦♀️
It wasn't bad, I don't think we got a a new train while we were in Sweden. Other than the Arlanda Express.
the snow in sweden is late this year..,
but if you guys ever return, you should check it out in the summer! Maybe even go to Gothenburg instead :)
That sounds awesome, I would love to come back in the summer. Gothenburg looks beautiful too!
@@MilesDeep If you ever make it far up north (Luleå) give me a howl and i show ya the student life up here
agreed south sweden is nice and all, but the north is so much nicers with the nature and pretty much everything imo.
@@MilesDeep Stockholm is full of life in the summer. Winter, not so much.
@@qSonhop That would be so cool! Would also be an awesome video (learning the Swedish student Life)! Thanks!
If you ever visit again, go to Gothenburg next time. Its probably my favorite spot of the bigger citys in Sweden.
Jönköping i also like.
When it comes to the Swedish North, you might want to check out the "Ice hotel" in Jukkasjärvi, couple of miles east of Kiruna. It was the first "Ice hotel" built, and they build it every year during the Winter. Alot of like asian Tourists and such likes to visit it.
Im a native swed, 50% Swede/ 50% Finnish, I been up to the ice hotel like 2 times in my youth, it was pretty interesting to see. hope you guys enjoyed the visit^^ Have a good one!
The big red glas tower my grandad made the glue to when is was built . And it's surrounded by a fountain:p
Wow that's awesome, its a really cool tower. Your Granddad must have done a good job!
Once again.. May to problably September...is the best time for a visit, we work the most during the winter time.. that´s why swedish inventors are among the greatest in the world... think about it!
so typical everyone thinking Stockholm allways representing sweden. Travel outsude the big citys more and you will discover much more of swedish tradition and the prices of food is much lower.
I really want to see more of Sweden and learn more about the culture! I hope to come back and see the north and experience the non-city life!
@@MilesDeep try to go south to and not just north. becuse every county in sweden have diffrent swedish culture
@@thomhilner6837 looks like I have got a lot of traveling to do then!
Stockholm represents not only sweden but the whole Scandinavian and im happy with it puuuyaaa
@@MilesDeep "Norrland" a typical tradition and a lot of forests. The culture there is much older and even sams (old Swedish people that live the traditional way) Gothland is very old as well and traditional. Although I prefer the northern part a lot more, You can sleep in an igloo see the northern lights and much more massive snow cold skeeing large scales to skates.i have some pictures from specific parts that you might wanna check into!
You should go to the northern sweden, the nature is much much more beautiful and the snow, wow. Go to the high coast and then further north. It’s so beautiful here in the winter. In the summer too. Google High Coast Sweden.
We really want to go to the North of Sweden, hopefully next time!
Did you notice how every Subway station in stockholm looks completely different with different art and styles ? each one is a piece of art.
Yes, we really enjoyed the art in the sub ways. Really makes a boring building seem full of life!
@@MilesDeep Awesome! most people dont even notice it as you generally dont look up.
Kungsträdgården means kings garden
It was seriously beautiful there!
@@MilesDeep all the soy boys of stockholm go down there in early spring for the cherry blossom. if you like pink you would like it too.
Cool vlogs my dudes, me and my swedish friend are heading over to the US for a three month roadtrip east to west. Now i kinda want to film it aswell haha
Thanks man appreciate it! You definitely should film it, will make for great memories!
5:37 Köttfärslimpa, amazing yes!
This video deserves more fame.
Thank you! There are also three more in this series if you want to see more!
cool video
I am Asian and been to San Francisco US and Stockholm Sweden and I should say Stockholm is one of the best place I ever been!
Please come back to sweden. And when it’s summer.
Come to Umeå next time!! 👍👍
That would be great, and an awesome video too!
Någon från Sverige?

Körvpojken* Varför är ditt namn särskrivet?
Swedish Otaku jag antar att hans hjärna är en körv (skämt)
Japp
I like how they got a bad first subway ride
We still enjoyed it!
verry good job
Thank you very much!
Food is not expensive if you come outside of Stockholm. The Stockholm prices are really ridicously high at many restaurants.
you deserve more subscribers
Appreciate it! Plenty more videos to come!
@@MilesDeep yeah, and i like your channel extra bc you seem to like sweden? i do it to, because im swedish hehe!
@@FortFarza I love Sweden, had a lot of fun visiting and I hope to be back soon. Appreciate ya!
@@MilesDeep :)
To bad you didn't have time for more citys than Stockholm. Maybe next time. Tell Alex he is cute 👌 and keep doing the vlogs 📷
Yes next time for sure. We loved Sweden and I really hope that we can go back soon. Don't worry I will tell Alex you said he is cute :)
if u want to visit sweden, visit Värmland or the northern parts
We would love to visit the north!
Värmland is wonderful. Like Minnesota a lot.
Oh my you guys are awesome you come to Kenya 🇰🇪
Thanks, and we will see what we can do!
What nightclub is that at the end?
Dear devels going to Sweeden, that is so dangoros...... 😂
2:00 no it's not lol!! That sculpture is there all year round.. but I don't really know what it's supposed to be..?? That plaza is called särgels torg btw, so now u know that 😁
Oh I didn't know it was there year round, thanks!
@@MilesDeep np 😊
ALs channel Sergels torg after Sergel.
The "Times square of sweden" is called plattan wich means The disk and is a Great place to spot junkies and small time dealers
Kungsträdgården or as American’s would say Kungstradgarden = King’s garden”
Välkommen till Sverige
Did you guys not tryout the Stockholm nightclubs at all?
We did end up going to one, didn't film any of it though!
You should go to sweden in the summer much MUCH better.
Djurgården means Animal Garden. That were the kings had their animals they then hunted.
Alex, you look like a typical swedish viking :D just saying!
I will tell him you said that! he will be stoked!
Well, he might have an ancestor that was a Viking, this since he is an Irish lad.
@@caffeization I think Alex would be pretty excited to think that he might have Viking blood!
Not to brag or anything haha but my ancester is Hårfager, he is even in the series Vikings the norwegian king! :D
if you remove the “d” in djurgården (jurgården) then you can pronounce it i think. :)
Oh really? That's pretty cool. Thanks!
snow is NOT late in Sweden this year, stockholm is not the only place ffs ;) you haven't even seen the this country yet
stockholm is very different from most of this country
I hope to come back sometime soon and visit the North!
I'm from Sverige and u should have visited me in Olofström.
We would have loved a tour guide!
No drinks? You guys know you can drink here at 18. :P
We absolutely had some drinks, unfortunately we didn't film any of the drinking. We will have to next time!
Ofc they stay near an city 😅 i never get that why not rent an cabin? And acly see sweedens awsome nature?
I would love to do that, next time we hope to travel more north!
@@MilesDeep if you are intrested at seeing citys why not droppin to norway and take an look in bergen? I live in norway (ofc im born here 🤪) and i just love how the old buildings look and sometimes norway has some viking themed festivalls 😊 no.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tønsberg_Middelalderfestival
Come to Botkyrka
I would love to!
If you go back to sweden, come while it’s summer. Swedes are depressed during winter😂😉
We really hop to come back during the Summer, hopefully to visit the north!
Inte jag!
Sergels Torg.. yeah there you can get anything you want from blow to guns. I´m dead serious.
As a swedish girl i think you look like Swedes
Maybe I can blend in lol
U guys should visit Mall of skandinavia!
That would be really cool, hopefully on our next trip to Sweden!
Naomi Wirgart you mean the building built with black workers?
Hej jag heter Lucas - Hi my name is Lucas
Hi Lucas!
MilesDeep Hi😄
why go to Sweden in THE Winter THE Sommer is the best
No snow :(
I know! Kind of a bummer,
Maybe next time though!
@@MilesDeep If you want lots of snow visit Sweden in early February or just go to the North Sweden. They even have an ice hotell for ya to stay in.
@@gustavusadolphus4103 oh awesome, I would love to visit the north of Sweden. Such a beautiful country, I hope to be back soon!
wrong season
Wrong time dude
Nicve videos, but the camera you are using is terrible. I could barely watch the footage from inside the Vasa museum and much of the footage in this video as well is blurry and stuttery.
I know sorry about that. I think a lot of that is my fault. I didn't hold the camera as still as I should have. I did my best to stabilize some of the footage while editing 0_0
8:50 Showing illegal gaming... Nice.
Can you speek swedish=kan du prata svenska🇸🇪
Stockholm isn't Sweden, Gothenburg isn't Sweden, Malmo isn't Sweden. If you want to experience Sweden, visit "Småland" in the summer, and "Norrland" in the winter. No comparison.
Would love to come back and visit more places. Especially during the summer!
Americans and you dont know the difference between to and too. Your thumbnail.
Oh you're right, good catch. Oh well I cant fix it now ( lets just keep it our little secret) lol
i'm a swede and i hate stockholm, but i really don't like big cities x) stockholm is such a bad representation of sweden thb
Varför hatar du storstäder? Frågar av nyfikenhet, inte för att gräla eller nåt.
What the fuck is a hostel ??
Guys go to asia or somewhere its funny, Sweden stands for immigrants, shy people, expensive and boring as f... But good video.
We really liked Sweden, they have a very cool culture. We would love to go to Asia too though of course!
Zivo135 talking about don't know anything. Stockholm is not the real Sweden.
