Hey Francesca your videos are so helpful thank you! Can I ask a question about Exeter? I know it has a reputation for having a lot of middle and upper class students, but are there also plenty of more working class people I could be friends with? Also is it ok to be more of a quiet student at Exeter, I mean are there plenty of people who are more quiet as well as extroverts? Thanks!!
Hello! Oh thank you very much for your beautiful words! Good questions! SO, where do I start... Yes, Exeter has a stereotype, but like every place, whether it's a village or a country, you will always find people that you can be happy with. Quick simple example: they say that Exeter is not "diverse" enough. If you compare Exeter to other UK unis and look only at percentages, yes, you are right, Exeter is not "diverse enough". But when you are an individual, put in an environment with 20 000 other students and they say that "20% minimum are international"... That's 4000 students. Now... I met just above 1000 students during my years here, and that's because I am extremely sociable and love being around people and meeting new faces. So meeting 4000 students I can guarantee you is quite the mission. All I am trying to say is that for an individual, 4000 students is A LOT OF PEOPLE. Yet, Exeter is "not diverse enough". So when it comes to working classes.. Yes there is an environment here. But you will find people like you. If you don't, look harder. And in the process you will discover that middle class/upper class people can be great friends too. And that it's not because they are "different" from you that you won't like them. At the end of the day you need to come here with an open mind, look at people for who they are not for the tags that society puts on us, and accept the rough with the smooth. Hope this helps a bit. Oh and about the extroverts question: plenty of introverts here, there are just a bit harder to find as they are, well, quiet. You generally notice the loud ones, but eventually you discover the beauty of introverted people. Hope this helped and I am more than happy to answer further questions xx

Hi Francesca, could you briefly evaluate some of the accommodations? I've heard quite good things about Lafrowda. Not sure if I should I go catered or not etc. I'm going to be studying at the medical school and would like an accommodation not too far away
Yes Francesca! definitely would love to watch your videos of all the accommodation advice, including Lafrowda. I think it would be very useful. Keep up the work! 😀
Kyle and Thaukeer Thank you very much for your comments! Luckily I JUST finished my exams and the aim of the next 2/3 videos is to make sure that I answer these questions! Lafrowda seems to be a popular question therefore I will definitely dig into that! Thank you again xxx
