That was very well explained and beautifully danced. I noted the directions of the weave. Thank you ❤️.
The Slow Foxtrot is a daunting dance, but this guy explains things better than just about anyone else.
I love watching your videos. My wife and I are Intermediate Social Dancers. I still watch your Basic videos too. Never learn it all regardless. Great explanations and comments on technique etc..... Thanks for posting them,

Is there a difference between the "natural weave" and "basic weave " in foxtrot?
There are quite a few differences between the 2 kinds of 'weaves', mainly in the preceding figure and how you dance into the figure. The Basic Weave is usually preceded by a 'Reverse Turn & Check - SQQS' figure. The man then starts the weave by moving fwd (lady moving back) and turns left into the weave. In the Natural Weave, there are 2 ways to dance into it. One way is to dance the first 2 steps of a Natural heel turn for lady and then continue (back RF for man, fwd LF for lady) into the rest of the steps of the weave. Note that the 1st 4 steps of this weave turns to the right, thereby the term 'natural'. Hope this helps.
Would you mind explaining the 'second' way to dance the "Natural Weave"? I also am ordering your program very soon.
re huaran Liu - is there a difference?
