I remember three important days in my life
Day 1 i first started listening to Slayer because of the South Park episode "Hippie Killer."
Day 2 when Jeff died I wore my leather jacket and my favourite Slayer shirt (prety hard pick) to school, my teacher was readin news online while we were doing math problems, he saw my shirt and said to me "My condolences to the Slayer fan in the frontrow."
Day 3 I started playing the guitar in a band of my own, just like Jeff.

No one in Slayer actually truly belives in all the satanic stuff and not a single member practices it, they only put the satanic themes in their songs to piss people off and get a reaction out of people they even said this multiple times in interviews

Claim to fame, I gave Jeff Hanneman a high five outside Brixton Acadamy, London just before an undisputed attitude tour show. He clearly never hated me then.
people are saying "slayer should have called it quits after jeff died" like it's so fucking easy! man, this guys have been doing this for most of their lives, it's really not easy to just quit.. one guy is fallen but the rest marches on because what else can you do? nothing! i'm postive jeff wouldn't want them to quit slayer and see their asses on couch all day he would be like " hey fuckers get to work, i might be gone but yall still have a job to do" rip jeff definately gone too soon but as long as he lives in our memory, he will never die 🙏

The guy was a legend, and everything he said was spot on. One of my favorite bass guitars is esp, it's an older model but the price was right, especially since Tom plays one just like it.
I found out Jeff is buried very close to where I live.. payed my respects last week.
Just few days ago I saw a dream that Jeff was visiting me. We drank beer and played guitar.
Weird I just clicked on this thing and went to a random place in the video and he said "horrific death and I'm just talking about me". RIP brother.
