Your workouts are probably the only at home work outs that make me feel like I don't need to physically be in the gym. The pace is nice and the mix of exercises keeps me motivated.
Absolutely loved this - such a great strength workout for the legs and glutes, I got up to 20KG on some of the exercises. I met up with a friend in the park today who couldn't believe I'm going to be 49 years old in May - this is a big part to having a good physique thanks to you and other trainers and my hard work! :)

The exceresize you lean back hurts my knees it feels like they are being pushed up from beneath.
Maybe try to put a pillow or a mat under your knees sometimes that does help with the knee pain! :)
