I got mine twin locked as well two years ago. But at the same time I was also doing custom cvs, changing ring pinion ratio, custom rear full floating chromoly on...busiest three/four months of my life 😂😂😂

Yeah, locked Grand vitaras are basically unstoppable, the only thing that’s holding mine back is the driver haha

hey bro, what year did they switch from 10 bolt rear diffs to 12 bolt rear diffs in the vitaras? cause that is pretty important when sourcing your gears or your locker

Oh yeah, whoops I didn’t even really think of that but I believe 1993 was the change over year so most 1993 rear gears should be right and anything 1994 and up will be correct however if you just get everything (cvs, half shaft, gears, etc) from a 1995+ se or any year sv vitara you will be right. Hopefully that helps.

@@BrooksiesBackyard oh yep I see yeah I'm a 1996 sv420 just can't ever seen to find 12 bolt rear gears for my 12 bolt locker

@@braydenballantyne9309 yeah right that seems strange, you should be able to use your factory gears, but if it helps I got my gears out of a 93 se vitara
