Oh definitely, I love it, I think it’s a bit big though I’d need some other people to move in, even if my girlfriend and I lived here it would be a little empty with just us, I love the 80s glass blocks and as the tic too, I’d love this to be preserved and even turned into some 80s home you can visit
What an unbelievable home. My head is spinning with ideas for each of the rooms. So much potential. I have seen so many homes by various explorers that I would absolutely love to live in. Unfortunately, I don’t have the funds to save these homes.😢 Thank-you sharing this house. I can’t wait to see what you have next. 🇨🇦🤗❤️🙏🏻

This is my dream house ❤, if I had the money I’d move to the US buy this place, landscape the outside, change the tennis court into a Astro turf football (soccer) pitch and change the shape of the pool, I’d get rid of the black flower padding from that one room, some cleaning and renovation where needed, modernising where necessary and leaving as much of the original as possible
Wow ! What a nice house . All I can say is, if I ever had that much money I wouldn't buy such a big house. They must have had a full time staff just to keep it clean ..Thanks for the video .Mike
I hopefully will buy this home soon and they don't tear it down. i’ve loved this thing to death since 2018, and is probably the only house i would buy in my life if i could. The original appliances, the intercoms, natural light, etc.. is all that i want. Eventually if i do, add a white 25th anniversary edition lamborghini Countach and mint condition 85 bronco.
I hate to tell you but someone is already renovating this home and my guess is it won't look even similar to what it used to but keep dreaming big. Thanks very much for the comment!!
Found you recently, thank you and love love LOVE your videos!! I was born in the 80s so it's really cool to see what things were like when I was born once again thank you!! Keep it up you're working on TH-cam famous!! ❤️
James, this house is immaculate! Such a shame that the vandals vandalized this beautiful home, so sad that it makes me so mad to see how anyone can destroy such a lovely home. Thanks for sharing this awesome explore James.❤😊👍
Well, there is some good news about this house, it looks as though they are starting to renovate it! Definitely didn't think that would happen but glad they are saving it. Thanks for the comment!!
Hi again SS, I messed up & hit send🤪 I saw that copper sink & my first thought was cleaning it. Then I thought, dah, if I’m that rich, I’d have hired help for everything. Not too much color in there until🌺🌸🌺🌸. When you showed it was padded, I burst out laughing. I don’t remember anyone else showing that. Imagine being locked up in there! The entry reminded me of an office. I think the wallpaper is grass cloth. It must have been great the first explore, but then to come back to this unnecessary destruction. Sad. Through my crazy teen years, my friends & I never destroyed or graffitied anything. Stay safe SS
Yes, i don't normally like these large white spaces but there was something interesting about this one, maybe it was because it was properly designed and had good flow. Yes, if you own a place like this, you likely wouldn't be the one doing the cleaning. That living room certainly was one of a kind, never seen anything like it before! Thanks for the comment!!
Such a fantastic walk through, thank you. Walking around that basement looked a bit spooky. I'd b afraid some crazy nut would jump out from behind one of the furnaces 😆
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! It's pretty rare for me to get spooked out exploring anything these days, it usually only happens if it's a bad area where there might be homeless or drug addicts lurking around. Thanks for the comment!!

Ya, I often wear gloves to protect my hands. This one has actually been saved, I drove by it not too long ago and it looks amazing from the outside, hopefully the inside is just as nice! Thank you very much for your comment!!
Thank you , thank you so much for doing this one. This home is one of my all time favourites. I would have loved to grab the floor plans for this and replicate it myself. Such a beautiful home. It is literally my dream home. It has the space, the layout and colour scheme i love. My heart breaks so badly that it is trashed and vandalized. Why do people have to be so stupid. This place was just recently sold too Again thank you so much. Big hugs. 😊

Ya, i think it's been vandalisés for even longer than 2-3 months. It's disgusting what people can do. I doubt the owner would even want to keep the house. They probably don't live in the country and only bought it as an investment. Thanks for the comment!!
The matching wallpaper and couch at the beginning are like from a music video that proves it's a house worth $13 million, its like the episode of Flip It Like Disick he decorated a room for French Montana with crazy wallpaper
It had so much natural light, all those skylights really helped with that. Some people can just be so disrespectful sometimes, it would have been nice to see this one decaying naturally. Thanks for the comment!!
Ya, I don't think it was anyone famous but to live in that neighbourhood, you have to have a lot of money! Really glad you enjoyed it and thanks very much for your comment!!
I love this house so much. It intrigues me so. That basement level some of the things down there are baffling. It’s like they have these weird rooms where they could stash people in hiding or idk be a stop on some kind of Underground Railroad system. Secret meeting rooms lol idk. Maybe they were rooms for the staff but tbh those rooms down there are kinda scary. No windows. 😅 idk. Would absolutely love someone to find the people who built this and have a discussion with them about what all this was for and the design choices upstairs. My only complaint would be that while there are lots of skylights there aren’t a lot of windows that look outside in some of those rooms. I guess it’s very private but it’s nice to sit and be able to look outside. Such a beautiful home tho. A really special one I think. I hope it’s restored soon before it gets too far gone. 😢
Wow! What an incredible home! The rose room was something else. 😳 it’s terrible that people have to destroy empty homes like this, with graffiti. Loved this video! ❤
The house that I grew up in was built in the seventies and I remember that there was wicker chair like the one in the corner that didn't have a cushion. My mom put some of her bears on it. The tacky rose room was something else! It was a fountain, not a pond. There was a nozzle sticking out of one side. It's sad to see how different the house was after it had been vandalized. 😞
I didn't notice the nozzle to make it a fountain, that's pretty cool! Ya, this one has since been gutted and is getting some sort of a new life, we will see if it resembles the old home in any way shape or form. Thanks for the comment!!
LOVE this house! Vaporwave to the max. Can you imagine living here? You could pick a kitchen area and never go to the other parts of the house. You’d probably walk into a mirror at least once a week. The high gloss cabinet was so cool. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the Jonbenet Ramsey basement. Whoever broke in and vandalized it is terrible. They could have easily had a great party without the spray paint.
It was such a great house, glad you enjoyed it! That's exactly it, the graffiti was most likely done by kids, why ruin a hangout spot by trashing the place. Thanks for the comment!!
It was purchased at market value and had some extensive renovations done. Surprisingly, I think they did a pretty good job too! Thank you very much for your comment!!
It’s an amazing property. The reason it got vandalized was because a Facebook page called “Ontario Abandoned Places” decided to publicly post the address.
James you are the best in showing of abandonment every nook and every cranny i musta have seen this one done by 50 youtubers but you know allot of background info. This one has grown on me too i mean its not your stock standard abode with warmth from being small houses in room and ceiling. This marble one to me felt like a Gallery of portraits art tall ceilings huge grand ball room its just too bad the place had no elevator or that wasted under basement area coulda been where the grand staircase to the basement was perhaps the basement was a afterthought. With all the bathrooms even a standard 6 pack of Palm olive soap bars is not enough you would have to buy in bulk of 50 like at Costco, thats my closing comments its sad its being neglected and graffitied it could be saved but the upkeep you definitely need onsite ground maintenance and maids and butlers
Oh yes it certainly has been a popular location over the last few years. Glad you have grown to appreciate it too, it's a really well designed home that i am sure the original owners were proud of. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the comment Michael!!
That room was NOT boring!! All those different furnaces. Take a second and look up at all the duct work. That place was really complex! Great tour! This was fun
Ya, i actually do find furnace rooms interesting but i think 99% of my viewers don't, that's why I usually try not to spend too much time in them. Thanks for the comment!!
Hi SS, you’re way to hard on yourself. Your intro & outros are always fun. I agree, its so sad that kids(adults?!)ruin these homes/mansions.You know in you are filming a MANSION when you loose count of the bathrooms
Ya, what can I say, i strive for quality. It's hard to edit some of these older videos because the quality of filming and audio has improved so much since then. Haha that's a very good point about the washrooms. Thanks for the comment!!
Sort of, looks as though they are renovating it maybe. They have been doing se work on the roof but at this.point it's still kind of difficult to tell what's going on. Either way, it's not demolition at least! Thanks for the comment!!
At the time of filming i didn't really think that it did but maybe the area with the laundry and that little kitchenette below it with the separate staircase was for the servants? An interesting thought. Thanks for the comment!!
Hey James : 2 toilets in one bathroom is odd ! Guess some couples find shitting together the ultimate level of intimacy ! Certainly not my thing . The owners of this place obviously had severe diarrhea issues needing that many toilets in one house !! Explains why there is an intercom in almost every square inch of the place ( incase someone got caught on one of those shitters with no paper and had to summon for help ) ! Your vids are absolutely so clear , it's just like being there with you . This was your best production ever .Take care Bud and keep it up please .You sure got talent ! John
Thanks John glad you enjoyed this one! There is something about sitting across from someone else while on the toilet that makes me feel uneasy, some things need to be done in private lol Using the intercom to call for help when you run out of toilet paper, now that is useful! Thanks for the comment!!
That's exactly what I thought, it had a timeless feel to it. So, it did end up getting purchased but they ended up pretty much completely changing it. I haven't seen what it looks like but the spent several months working on it, including replacing the entire roof. I'd be surprised if it looks anything like it used to. Thanks a lot for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces They probably completely rebuilt the interior and possibly even changed it’s layout with a more minimalistic design with absolutely no colour while maybe even covering over the round pillars with plaster sheets to make them square to remove any curves from the home. Unfortunately many people hate having character in their homes.
@@StaticSpaces Yeah I would personally really want to keep the original character or possibly even further enhance it if I ever purchased a home like that! :)
This is how you solve homelessness. And it comes with padded walls, for your extra-special guest. It's perfect perfect.. Now you just need to find the keys and get some copies made
I was surprised to see that the flower pattern is padding and not wallpaper. If I remember correctly, another urbexer disclosed the location if this place publicly online and the vandalism started shortly thereafter.
Yah, that padded room was the weirdest thing ever, must have cost a fortune to create! Yes he did and he was publicly scolded by a number of explorers in the community for it...it certainly hasnt won him any popularity contests. Thanks for the comment!!
I feel like they did a pretty good job with the house, keeping most of the architectural character. But like you said, either way, it's better than demolition. Thank you very much for your comments!!
@@StaticSpaces Yeah for sure. They didn't do too many fundamental changes but sad to see all the glass block walls are gone and the spiral staircase, that replacement elevator was a bit overkill.
I agree with both those things, the elevator is unnecessary unless you are older and although the spiral staircase looks cool, I hate them. 😂 Far too easy to bump your head. Losing the glass wall was another thing I didn't like but to be honest.....it dates the place and most people don't like that sort of thing
F$%k me this home is perfection ! Absolute 80s dream home and I'm only a quarter way in...that bathroom ! All the glassbricks...damn takes me back hot hot hot wanna throw a huge new wave party there
I agree with you, probably the best 80s house I have ever seen! Fortunately this one was saved, they did a lot of exterior work to it and it came out looking basically exactly the same...I hope they saved its character on the inside too. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks a lot for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces Oh what a relief to hear it was saved ! If you find out any more about the interior please update...it would be insane to change anything, such great condition and still so appealing today for post modern enthusiasts :)
Why is it when people see something, they automatically think it’s up to them to vandalize it destroy it? It’s not their property to do so, it’s like they get off my net or they’re so damn jealous they can’t stand it. Do you want to take that anger out on something take it out on improving yourself and maybe accomplishing goals to help get you to this potential!!! Leave other peoples property alone!!!!!! You did not work for it therefore you do not deserve it and you’re not entitled to it!!!
That's exactly it, it should be something to aspire to...all i read about these days is how jealous people are of others who are more successful. Thanks for the comment!!
It's nice to see how rich people live lol. It's pretty, but is too extensive for my taste. There were a few elements I liked but it is over the top and not my style. With all those closets, I'd need a second mortgage just to fill them lol.
Sometimes that information is available but not all the time. I always have a write up in the description, so take a look there. I think in the case of this house, it was likely bought for the land and will be demolished. Thanks for the comment!!
@@StaticSpaces Wow that's so sad to hear! This house is truly a dream home to me. You were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to tour it and videotape it. Very well done. So sad to see a place like this that has had so much work, money and thought put into it be used for anything else than its original purpose a Dream Home. Really hate the thought of it being demolished. I really enjoy watching your videos keep up the great work and stay safe and healthy God bless.🙏🏻👍
I am pretty sure they are saving this home, they seem to be doing some work on it, so we will see what happens. Definitely better than being replaced by a McMansion. Thanks for the comment!!

Oh yes, this is one is amazing.
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the comment!!
Love this house! Totally get lost
Same here, one of my favourites. Thanks for the comment!!
I love the glass blocks but that is it
Really? I really enjoyed the entire house. Thanks a lot for the comment!!
That room was NOT boring!! All those different furnaces. Take a second and look up at all the duct work. That place was really complex!
Great tour! This was fun
Also shout out for doing the garage. Its my favorite room in any house
Ya, i actually do find furnace rooms interesting but i think 99% of my viewers don't, that's why I usually try not to spend too much time in them. Thanks for the comment!!
Did not know Tony Montana had a mansion in Canada….”say hello to my little house”❄️❄️❄️
Haha. Thanks for commenting!!
@ckswat77 zz @static spaces is true quality work. Love his photography too. His intros and blooper reels crack me up.
Thanks Kimmy!!
@@KimmyLove6932 I love his work. He takes time & shows everything. He certainly knows how to take photos & films. He also me laugh. Take care Kimmy
This is a NICE ASS HOME 🥺😭
It certainly is! Thanks for the comment!!
Do we have any news on this house? It is hobestly a dream home, i absolutely love it. I hope they wont demolish it 😪
Sort of, looks as though they are renovating it maybe. They have been doing se work on the roof but at this.point it's still kind of difficult to tell what's going on. Either way, it's not demolition at least! Thanks for the comment!!
Wonder if it had servants quarters?
At the time of filming i didn't really think that it did but maybe the area with the laundry and that little kitchenette below it with the separate staircase was for the servants? An interesting thought. Thanks for the comment!!
first thing I think of is, what would you need that much house for? Soooo much space.
I guess when you are wealthy you can have whatever you want, whether you need it or not. Thanks a lot for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces I live in a 5300 sq ft house and I couldnt imagine something that big.
The bigger the house, the more work it requires
Maybe I missed it but where is this located?
It's in Canada. Thanks very much for your comment!!
Awesome video on TH-cam
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the comment!!
Where is this house located?
Canada. Thanks for watching!!
@@StaticSpacesI just wanna ask how many mirrors were there in the bathroom?and that dedicated mirror room
I honestly have no idea, sorry
I thought the air conditioning units were pretty massive
Ya, you need big AC units for big homes. Thanks for the comment!!
what an absolute amazing find! too bad idiots had to come and ruin it. that padded room, that was nuts!!
Ya, it's a damn shame people feel the need to destroy thing! Thanks for the comment!!
@@StaticSpaces its just brutal man. people like that no doubt make it worse for people like you
tell you what the washer and the dryer did look new....lol.
Yes, they weren't very old. Thanks for the comment!!
Love that wine room, just needs the wine. Lol
I guess if you like wine, it would be a dream come true
That house still for sale?
They just finished renovating it and it's now listed for $30 million. It will likely be on the market for a while. Thanks very much for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces can you give me the seller site of this mansion & location of it.
Wow!
Yup, that's what I said! Lol Thanks for commenting!!
Beautiful home. Being torn down too!? What a shame of material, memoirs etc. Or a new family!
Yes, it likely will be torn down eventually, people usually buy places like this for the property only. Thanks for the comment!!
I’ve been here 2 the first time there was leaves outside and tire tracks in the snow the second time there was 2 cars parked outside
Thanks for the comment!!
What a place! Isn't it amazing how some people live....😝 Ps- Good Video))
Ya, it's nice to have nice things.
If that home was purchased they would just need to fix it up and not really change much as it still looks surprisingly modern by today’s standards! :)
@@StaticSpaces
They probably completely rebuilt the interior and possibly even changed it’s layout with a more minimalistic design with absolutely no colour while maybe even covering over the round pillars with plaster sheets to make them square to remove any curves from the home. Unfortunately many people hate having character in their homes.
It's very true, I may actually avoid seeing what's it like now because it will probably just make me sad
@@StaticSpaces
Yeah I would personally really want to keep the original character or possibly even further enhance it if I ever purchased a home like that! :)
This is how you solve homelessness. And it comes with padded walls, for your extra-special guest. It's perfect perfect..
Now you just need to find the keys and get some copies made
Thanks for the comment!!
Is this paris hiltons old manson
No it's not as far as I know but it certainly looks as though it could have belonged to a celebrity. Thanks for the comment!!
Love the house, but I am not doing windows lol
Lol I'm sure they hired someone to do that. Thanks for the comment!!
That's a Sauna in that master bathroom ♨️🥵
I know, i think i was just too excited about this one and wasn't thinking lol Thanks for watching!!

I need this
Thanks for watching!!
Sad to see it's been renovated but they've stripped all the 1980s charm away from it. Oh well, guess it's better than being abandoned and trashed.
Well if the owners ever contact me and send an invite to see what it looks like now, I will drop everything and head over! 😂
ha ha ha ha you better !@@StaticSpaces
This place fell right out of the 80's cop show Miami Vice. lol
Haha yup, this one is extremely 80s. Thanks for the comment!!
WOW walking closest
Ya, the walk in closet was pretty amazing. Thank you very much for your comments!!
When you can afford a place like this, buying clothes is the least of your worries. Lol Thanks for the comment as always!!
😀 Can u find out why the families abandoned each of these homes?
