Honest Thoughts On The Suzuki Marauder VZ800 | Ownership Review

Hey Guys! In today's video I'd like to go over my honest thoughts about the marauder after 9 months of ownership. I've ridden this motorcycle since summer 2022 and here's what I think about it!

Not many marauders reviews out there, glad you're happy with it...... working on a 2001 currently. The only thing a don't like is the chain drive.

Thank you! Best of luck with your build! I've heard about people converting it from a chain drive to a belt drive but don't think I'll be doing the conversion any time soon. Maybe when I get a bit more experience working on bikes & have another one to ride around on while the Marauder is being worked on. Thanks for watching!

I have a 1999 it used to be my dad's. Homie got the rear end so hot that the drum brakes welded right to the rim

Hey, lovely bike. I have the exact same colour scheme, a 1996 :-). Have you had any issues with the notorious starter relay/starter solenoid issue? My is already disconnected/bypassed. Where did you get the screen, mine is naked ATM.

Nice! :D In the year or so that i've owned it I havent come across that issue. The screen i have came with the bike from the previous owner but I saw some similar to it on Fortnine. Been thinking of trying out a club style one from amazon, just haven't ordered it yet.

@@MotoMarauder Ech... American riders wouldn't survive one day in Europe.... I know, that riding culture is important and different in every country, but US one, doesn't make any sense. You're driving on a road wide as runway, instead of just moving to the side and letting him pass you, you're praying for your life. Where's the logic?
