A reason you are getting those brown stains on the bottom of your autoclave is the water you are using. It looks like ozarka spring water which is filtered but the minerals aren't removed. Try using just distilled water. You can get a distiller to save money. Or I could be wrong and it is distilled water.

It’s definitely distilled water! The minerals in regular water would mess up this auto clave. It’s just getting dirty from regular use. Cleaning with chamber brite isn’t just good for the chamber, it’s also good for the lines. A lot of gunk gets stuck in the lines, chamber, and sometimes the water compartment, especially if your doing more than 20 cycles a week. It comes off after I clean it with chamber brite, so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, plus I’m sure the dentist would say something if it was.

Quick question because I just did this and learned the hard way lol after you put the chamber Brite I didn't see you fill with water to the line. Do you fill with water to the line line usual? The package says run for 3 mins on 237degrees and that didn't work then I did it regular and put UT for 30 mins

No , this auto clave automatically fills itself , and drains. But if it were a manual , you would fill to the line and run it for 30 mins at high temp and when cycle is finished, you can skip drying and just finish cycle, drain water from inside the autoclave , and get any water out of the chamber that may remain, wipe clean, fill with water and run and repeat a total of 3 times.

Hello! How do you clean inside where you put the water at? I am asking because at the office I am at it is green inside. Thank you

Hi! I am not sure if you got help with this already but I am not aware of anyone cleaning that area of the autoclave. Just ensure that you do regular maintenance and also use distilled water for the machine. I usually drain the autoclave after 15 cycles and then fill it with fresh distilled water after I drain it.

@@chantaldrichards I think the problem was that the water was so filthy they finally cleaned it out. I will ensure that we keep up to date with the Maintence. Thank you for replying back I really appreciate it. Have a great day!
