She's not really a boss (for your character anyway) but Kalros, the Mother of Thresher Maws, in Mass Effect 3 is massive. She takes down a Reaper Destroyer (skyscraper sized Reapers) by constricting it. To be able to wrap herself around a Reaper that much, while still being partially submerged underground, can you imagine how HUGE she must be. I mean her movement can cause massive earthquakes on Tuchanka, for pete's sake. I will never forget the awe of watching that fight. It's still one of the best highlights of playing ME3 for me.
Is it just me, or was Kronos actually shrunken down considerably in God of War III from his first appearance in God of War I? I mean, in I there’s the narrator’s comment that, after first grabbing hold of Kronos, it took Kratos like _3 whole days_ of climbing before reaching the dungeon chained onto Kronos’s back…the dungeon in which _most_ of God of War I takes place in. Yeah, Kronos is still really huge in III and all, but I still never bought him being as huge as he’s suppose to be.
I was fully expecting to have to call out Asuras Wrath since it gets overlooked so often. Glad it got the recognition it deserves here. The boss battles in that game are absolutely crazy. The second biggest boss battle would likely go to it as well “Wyzen”. Its honestly more memorable to me cause I didn’t expect something so crazy big as the fist boss.

Ohhh, do one for MMO games, like Deathwing in WoW, or the Tiniest to your scale boss that was a threat to fight in a game. Like, when you are Human size/larger and fighting a deadly Tiny boss that is ridiculously over powered.
I remember the final boss in a gem of a game, pretty old one {with David Bowie composing the soundtrack and being integrated part of the game with tapes to play and even concerts to attend!}... the game is "Omicron - The Nomad Soul". Again, not sure how large that creature was but it was definitely a hell of a fight I've never won... and I swear I did play that final battle a lot! I'm talking about a "20 years or so" old game!
What about Deathwing in World of Warcraft? You have to kill his spine before the final battle where you kill his "assorted appendages" and he's gigantic. On the ground he's the same size (ish) as Godzilla and his wingspan while flying is as wide as the Empire State Building is tall (again ish).
Technically Colossus 13, Phalanx, is the largest one. There’s an official image that shows a size comparison for all the colossi, and Phalanx is literally bigger than all the others combined; if only in length. Also, Bayonetta isn’t “literally made of hair.” Only her outfit is. She’s still human underneath her suit, even if she is a god-like witch. Forgive me for being so pedantic and nerdy, but those two games are some of my all-time favorites. 🤓
honorable mentions : brethren moons (dead space 3), king lord blackwood(not sure what his name was, but he's from dark souls), and the hive mind (dead space 1)
I'm actually gladly surprised that The Matrix Path of Neo is still remembered to this day. You might say I'm one of those weirdos that actually loved playing The Matrix PoN and Enter The Matrix to the point I beat them so many times back in the day. Yep, they had lot's of room for improvement, but then again, not many games back then had the bullet time mechanic, let alone let you do some acrobatics to dodge those bullets.
Viewtiful Joe 1: You pilot a Moon sized robot. Viewtiful Joe 2: Now its Jupiter sized. Fossil Fighter: planet eating fish Gears of War 2: city eating worm
I think this list should have included the Sawmill horde from Days Gone! Each of the hordes was basically a boss and the Sawmill horde was the hardest one to take out!
#2 reminds me of the alien mothership in "independence day resurgence". it's as big as the MOON, and just the FEET of it's landing gear are the size of cities!
"To save our mother earth from any alien attacks, From vicious giant insects have once again come back, We'll unleash all are forces, we won't cut them any slack, The EDF Deploys!" -Verse 1 of Earth Defense Force Anthem
Here's some (possible) honorable mentions: The Ceph Carrier and the four-legged Ceph Walker from the first Crysis game, the Alpha Ceph from Crysis 3, and the final boss of the first Knack game (not sure on if it actually has a name or not), there's probably a few others I have found in games, but I can't remember entirely. The only one that could possibly be on this list, at like number 3 or something (maybe, idk lol), is the Alpha Ceph, I mean it's so large that the other Ceph need to open a portal to where the Alpha Ceph is, as it is like in another dimension or something (can't really remember what it was)
Zora Magdaros is not alone in it's class of size in Monster Hunter. There is also Lao Shan Lung from the older games. And Raviente from the Monster Hunter Frontier game is even bigger. So big that you need 4 teams of 4 hunters to take it on.

Ohhh, do one for MMO games, like Deathwing in WoW, or the Tiniest to your scale boss that was a threat to fight in a game. Like, when you are Human size/larger and fighting a deadly Tiny boss that is ridiculously over powered.
Thank you, was looking for someone to mention DW.
I came in the comments to see if anyone mention deathwing or any other mmo boss lol
You know, when i clicked on this video, i didnt except him to take biggest literally.
Great video and effort. Appreciate it.
What about Deathwing in World of Warcraft? You have to kill his spine before the final battle where you kill his "assorted appendages" and he's gigantic.
On the ground he's the same size (ish) as Godzilla and his wingspan while flying is as wide as the Empire State Building is tall (again ish).
I think he's dwarfed by Sargeras 🤓 He sticks his sword into Silithus and it is huge
Then again, we never fight him in that form, ergo not a boss ingame... Nevermind 🙈
The final boss of DMC 4 is worth spectating at least for me! If I recall it correctly, it is quite huge a boss, named "The Savior".
The hair thing was a joke pipe down
Hey boy pump it up 🥸
Video when talking about Demon Souls: "The games don't really do puzzle bosses anymore"
Dark Souls: Laughs in Bed Of Chaos
If Jormungandr was a boss (in GoW), nothing terrestrial would top it.
honorable mentions : brethren moons (dead space 3), king lord blackwood(not sure what his name was, but he's from dark souls), and the hive mind (dead space 1)
Don't know if it's here, but the giant mountain turtle creature from final fantasy 15 was big
Ayy it was here
Yep. It was here.
ITS HERE BUT THEY MISS :
MGS 5 METAL DINOSAUR LOL
COLLOSUS FROM GOD OF WAR 2
that walk plus the beat as ZEUS and the other gods roll up was fire
Falcon, you're my boy, but I think ya missed a few: Attack on Titan, final Oryx from Destiny 1, or the Icon of Sin from Doom? Those guys are huge!
Last boss from Infamous 2
Are those even games
Riven in Destiny 2 is bigger than Oryx, but yeah lol that first time seeing Oryx pop up in the raid was breathtaking
First ain't a game.
Good job :)
What about Max Payne
Viewtiful Joe 1: You pilot a Moon sized robot.
Viewtiful Joe 2: Now its Jupiter sized.
Fossil Fighter: planet eating fish
Gears of War 2: city eating worm
I think this list should have included the Sawmill horde from Days Gone! Each of the hordes was basically a boss and the Sawmill horde was the hardest one to take out!
But isn’t the horde a hive mind?
Serious Sam. The most epic boss fights in video games EVER
What about destiny? Oryx was big af on the raid
he was my 1st thought too.
Argos & Riven were both bigger.
#2 reminds me of the alien mothership in "independence day resurgence".
it's as big as the MOON, and just the FEET of it's landing gear are the size of cities!
When will you guys make a before you buy on Horizon forbidden west?
Yes, it should be up Saturday.
Already did buy
I nominate Galactus from Marvel vs Capcom. He literally uses a finger as an attack 🤣
Enter the Matrix was an amazing game!!! Mess?!
I agree 100% loved that game growing up
"Amazing"
Lol
@@sparkymmilarky I guess it's decent or good. But you're saying the game is amazing
@@sparkymmilarky What do you think about Path of Neo then?
@@sparkymmilarky I need to try Enter the Matrix then
Asuras Rath: Incomprehensible, especially once you've played every DLC. Also a required addition to any game library for the insanity alone.
XENOBLADE CHRONICLES X
Just what I needed thx!
Yoooo first one here!!!
Interesting
“Attacking a Abrams tank with sewing needle” 😂😂😂😂
The dragon from god of war 4 was quite large and extremely satisfying
Could have given a mention to Painkiller. It is one of the first games ever where you fight huge bosses
Finally a list that aknowledges Jergingha and TW101. I remember searching for it and no results xD.
"To save our mother earth from any alien attacks,
From vicious giant insects have once again come back,
We'll unleash all are forces, we won't cut them any slack,
The EDF Deploys!"
-Verse 1 of Earth Defense Force Anthem
Missing the "Red Eye" from Lost Planet 2 in this List...it is quite one of the largest Bosses in Video Game History
I don't own a gaming console neither do I game with my laptop but I just come here everyday because I love this content
And dalamadur
