Excellent strategy commander
@Julius Yeah he can just stomp on the fleet or make Zeke transform and destroy it
@marius andrei no its not valid because Armin did do this, he picked the bare minimum with destroying Marley's fleet. They had their shifter and with Magath still had a chain of command. Literally Erwin taking this route provides more options and a larger time frame for Paradise since Reiner would die in the explosion and be unable to suggest raiding Paradis after 3 days
Edit: And you cant even use the excuse "If Armin did what Erwin did" because he didnt in canon. We can speculate on what Erwin *would do* but not Armong who's lazy ass did nothing for 4 years.
Erwin having Colossal Titan powers, damn that would have been crazy, Erwin's intelligence & Colossal's powers = No more enemies

Predicting Erwin’s choices if he were chosen is hard. First, we consider his ambition and the reason he fought: the basement. If we assume Erwin has the will to continue fighting after reaching the basement, and after confirming humanity’s secrets, we can continue this hypothetical. However it gets messy very quickly. 1. Erwin said he’d take precautions against the enemies beyond the walls to ensure safety for Paradis, however, Erwin doesn’t know the scope or severity of the situation, it’s not as simple as he might’ve thought. It’s the entire world against the island. 2. Hange says Erwin wouldn’t have agreed with the rumbling. It’s true that Erwin sacrificed his comrades in the past, but does it mean that he’s willing to put all of humanity at stake? Consider the circumstances as to why Erwin sacrificed the scouts, it was for his selfish dream, so after achieving his dream and going to the basement, we would have to see some major character development from Erwin, possibly unthinkable development either way. Speaking of unthinkable development, there’s the Jaegerists. S4 as a whole would look entirely different with Erwin. Would there be a reason for the Jaegerists to band together behind the backs of Commander Hange and the scouts? They did so in the first place because they found the scouts to be incompetent, but with Erwin, it’s unlikely anyone would think this. Even so, Erwin would have suspected a group to form behind the scenes.
There’s just too much to consider when it comes to Erwin’s survival, I don’t think we would’ve gotten anything remotely similar to what we have had he been saved. I think that’s the point too, Armin surviving would mean the decline of the scouts with Hange as commander. None of what happened in S4 would’ve happened if it weren’t for Armin’s survival. Eren had to move forward so the ends justified the means, ensuring Armin received the colossal was definitely part of this timeline.
Nonetheless, this was a fun video, I just wanted to point out that there’s no real prediction for what AoT would even look like if Erwin received the colossal.
I absolutely agree, All dynamics would have changed had Erwin been chosen, and more scenarios and conflicts would arise, But one thing that's definitely clear is the Island could have used his leadership during the turmoil of the yeagerists and such. He would have had a way bigger role in controling the situation than Armin did. I don't think Erwin would want agree to the rumbling either, since if he spent his life trying to prove that there's an entire world out there, he'd want to explore it not destroy it
@kanesh sharma TL;DR… there are too many things that would change if Erwin was chosen, we likely wouldn’t see anything remotely similar the the s4 we saw, at least on the scouts end

What I like about Erwin the most, is that he himself chooses what's right and what's not. Nobody would ever order him what to do. Erwin knew that at that time there would be no future inside the walls without Eren and he convinced people to give up their lives to save him. If Erwin had decided otherwise, that wouldn't have happened. The story would've been much more different with Erwin surviving because he wouldn't have accepted Eren, Zeke or Floch as his leaders. I like to think that he would've chosen the most effective solutions to problems like he always does and would've united eldians with the rest of the world because even his worst enemies would've listened and cheered to his astonishing speeches.
This. A lot of people say he would side with Eren but I don't think so, Erwin would definitely be a more capable leader that would give Paradis a lot more options than violence
yeah but there's also the bullshittery of isayama's writing that eren, since he can apparently changed things from the future onto the past with the attack titan, could always make levi choose armin. or, eren could do something or make something/someone kill erwin since erwin seems like he wouldn't entirely go along with eren
@@Adrastus_ I mean no he can only speak with past users of the attack titan so unless he convinced grisha to kill erwin which he probably couldn’t do and survive to give the attack titan to eren in the first place so he can’t just time travel and have whatever he wants happen with no repercussions
I don't think Erwin would have been on board for Eren's plan to utterly annihilate all life beyond Paradise Island, but he would have been completely on board with everything else including using a full powered Rumbling to reduce Marley and their allies to rubble. Hell, he would have planned out the attack on Marley before Eren even thought of it (visions of the future aside of course). The main difference him being alive would make is that he would be the leader of the Jeagerists instead of Eren. This is really beautiful. I' m not sure why, but I think this animation has a peaceful aura. I liked the face expressions so much. Especially Zeke's blank face and Eren's sadness. The music choice is great. I love this animation!
That explosion on the end was incredibly well animated
0:49 Erwin: "Ive been trying to reach you regarding your cars extended warranty."
@@cc-yetti"I've been trying to reach you about your life's extended guarantee... It has ended now"
Would Erwin agree with the rumbling? Maybe
Would Erwin renounce Eren and fight with the alliance? Maybe
The fact is Levi decision wasn’t in the interest of humanity.
I love how you can just do an insanely well animated shitpost that also tugs at my heart strings just for long enough to forget that it's a shitpost - only to come full circle and have a colossal titan slamdunk some warships. :D
I love your work dude, never stop. You're getting better and better and it looks like you really enjoy doing it. :)
But imagine the outcomes of erwin still being alive.
It would cost armin’s life if levi chose erwin, but if erwin was still alive, they would basically have better leadership and a this mess the scouts are in wouldn’t be a thing if erwin was also here.
Maybe choosing commander erwin was probably the better choice.
Edit: Bro there is a war in the comments
and then the rest of the world will attack paradis island while they only have 1 collosal and 1 attack titan. in the long run they will be defeated
Dude, why do people act like Armin is the only human whenever we talk about who should have lived? Erwin is human too, his death has an effect on people too, he has loved ones too (especially Levi). He is worth more than just his leadership skills. If he is the one who survives it should be for more than just his skills. This is exactly why Levi choose to let him die. Because everyone hated him and treated him as a tool for war and winning. Meanwhile Armin is the uwu softboi who has to be saved because he has fwiends. It's not really about Armin, Levi cared way more about Erwin, he barely new Armin. It's to spare Erwin from further suffering and being used as a convenient monster for the people.
i don't really like armin in this last season, i would pay 10million dollars to remake the story with erwin but i don't have 10 mil. lmao
I mean if we were there as a side characters that doesn't know who is armin are, pretty sure we would choose our commander rather than unknown soldier
Someone said, if floch had the power of the founding titan, he will make wall titan run😂
I can't get over Reiner's face 😂😂
I kept thinking when I saw scene where Levi resurrected Armin that he should split the injection in half to make Erwin feed Reiner. I always think it will be epic if Erwin became the armoured titan
I don't think splitting might have worked out. Because, there wouldn't be a point of putting much more than necessary fluid to make a titan. At least I doubt that
I think there is a certain amount of serum you need to turn into titan otherwise it won't work.
@@oyebolaopeyemi8590 rod reiss just had to lick some off the floor though
@@patrickgardner321 that's a very apt and logical point or observation. Didn't think of that. Yeah, it might be true that all it requires is a lil drop or..
it might be those situations that this contradiction skipped the artist mind or...
It could be those fast forwarded situations in movies or cartoons. for example; in Ben 10 when he transforms, they show all the transformation sequence Nd at times they just skip to the end result in 1 sec. I don't know if you get what I'm saying.
But yeah, you're very right about that observation. The smallest drop might be enough to change people. But that doesn't really make sense if they had as much in the injection shot.
"We accept your declaration of war"
"And because of our respect,we decided to launch the first attack"
As always, a masterpiece
this video has classic internet vibes to it. it feels like something that would be made if this season aired in 2009
I love this series is a great foundation for theories and "what ifs". The fact that people theorize Erwin would do what Eren did himself is in character.
Ngl Eren with Anti personnel gear looks awesome
I saw many fan arts with Eren in the new ODM gear and he looks awesome in it, thought I'd draw him in one as well XD
And I'm sure that he wouldn't cry like Armin 😃 actually, I think he would have fun XD
God I'd love if there was an alternate universe written by Isayama showing what would've happened if Erwin was the inheritor. I guess it wouldn't work from a "time travel" as it currently stands in the main series but man- I would love to see how Erwin would've dealt with Marley.
Same, I'm hoping he goes back and he writes the story if Levi choose to go in the other direction.
Bruh reiners face was like: YES IM GOING TO DIE
1:35
eren: “DAMN IT, he beat me to it…”
No. The whole point behind Levi choosing Armin even though he wanted to revive Erwin is due to the fact that after finally confirming his dad's theory Erwin would simply lose his motive to keep on defending humanity. Hence Levi's constant flashback to Kenny saying that we all need to be drunk on something to keep moving forward.
No, you talk like Erwin was a sort of spoiled brat, he would keep moving forward of course he will lose some motivation, but he wouldn’t let the death of his comrades be in vain just because he fulfilled his dream.
Really believe the main reason Levi chose armin is because he wanted Erwin, basically his only friend (or closest friend), rest and not have to resort to becoming more evil than evil itself just to save everyone. This video actually kind of shows exactly what Levi didn’t want Erwin to have to end up doing.
He let Erwin die so that he finally gets a rest from the living hell they're living. Said by Levi himself
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!! XD Your style is so like the official one, but with an original spin to it! Nice touch adding humor, too!
Reiner being broken and mindf*cked was incredibly appropriate, and then there's that ending itself. Just perfect, freaking perfect.
Imagine if this was in the anime and Erwin come front and says to Willy tyber "ALL RIGHT THEN WE BRING THIS WAR TO YOU" and transforms
Galliard: "I don't remember that soldier"
Pieck: "Yeah, strange..."
Reiner:
*fuc*
Honestly, Erwin would probably be the best choice. He has more control over Levi than Hanji as in the position of Commander and could control and outsmart Eren in a battle. Not only that but he would be able to convince most of the yeagerists to stay loyal to the military government.
And he has more experience and his achievements is what brought humanity so far, Choosing Erwin would have been a no brainer
@@revvin7624 true.. Thinking of saving Armin I mean they lost tons of people already.. To make a difference was the only sane choice left
@@revvin7624 exactly, I have always believed this, it is so frustrating to see ARMIN chosen to live over the literal commander. I suppose it would alter a good bit of the rest of the plot if Armin did die but realistically it made no sense
it is stated that armoured titan can withstand the colossal titan transformation (even if it is nuke transformation), but it depends on the willpower.
Knowing reiner he won't miss the chance to die
Erwin was always the right choice, change my mind
You're right.
Bro did you see new trailer?
@Yassine I love you too😍
Yeah man Glad they didn't pre-animate it like last time lol
@@revvin7624 yes I am excited also love you😂😂😂 like yassin 😂😂
