At 62 I basically started over after divorce. I, at least had pots and pans, lol! But there is such a sense of satisfaction in your own accomplishment. I'm with you girl. I'm now 65 and I get new firsts every day. The right attitude gets you so far. Work on your TH-cam. I started a small home business. Every hurdle leads to a new accomplishment!

Anna's home is immaculate!! She takes such good care of it that it looks brand new! I'm partially disabled and cannot do my own housework anymore which upset me so much but I realized at least I can get around....not too great but with the help of a walker I manage. So, I pay my niece to clean for me. Still wish I could do it myself ...when I see Anna's mobile home I would love it doing it by myself!!

Hi Anna. As bad as your situation was, there is one bright side: a clean house. As we get older we accumulate a lot of things and I now have so much stuff that I don't use (I'm 66) that I feel overwhelmed. Just deciding what to keep and what to get rid of can be tough. Starting over and getting just what you need can be helpful in keeping life and home simple. I know your current situation is not ideal at the moment but I think it will all work out. There are treasures and bargains at thrift stores so don’t overlook those. Now you can take your time, plan what you want and need, stick to your budget and enjoy the process. Most of all, relax.

Hi Anna..I switched my creamer from the caramel to the Walmart French Vanilla recently and I like it better..also your new electric skillet is nice and affordable. Looking forward to more videos.
Just a tip -- if you cook the sausages in the skillet without any water, just by themselves, the grease they will exude via cooking will give you a nice base for cooking eggs if you're ever out of butter or other cooking oils. Same thing goes for bacon. Glad you are back where you are comfortable.

Don't you have to go to the post office to get the mail if you have a PO Box? If you don't have a ride, it could be tough. Are there any senior citizen programs nearby that can offer a weekly ride to town?
Maybe the po is within walking distance...or a uber...not expensive or maybe her daughter can take her once a week. Or even a neighbor. Where there's a will there's a way. Even a taxi would he ok. A PO box here in Massachusetts is like $40.00 every 3 months. Not that expensive. I would love to send her something she needs to get her back on her feet. Just to let her know people care. I was homeless with a 5 month old baby and a 14 year old son for 3 months in a shelter. I wish they had pay pal or go fund me page. I did without. I'd like to help someone else in need. Homeless was in 1988. I made it thru. Now I'm a caregiver. Not easy.
i love using all my small appliances..i really don't even need my stove...LOL i have my mini coffee pot, rice cooker, electric skillet, airfryer/toaster oven, and a hot pot...so i can really cook anything...fry, airfry, bake, hot water, i use my rice cooker for more than just rice...it's perfect for ramen and soup

Anna, most Walmarts have a section where you can buy single pieces of silverware. They also sell dishes by the piece:)
Dollar tree has 3 in a pack silverware and also dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. They are pretty nice, as well and you can't beat the price.
There's nothing like being in peace in your own home. Even if you have to start all over. Believe me, been there, done that.
