yes, get someone to assist you or build your confidence over time with smaller kicks so that you gradually kick higher and higher while feeling safe. or get a padded wall and go full force 😂 as long as you lock elbows and shoulders, you won’t fall.
I started yoga as a new year resolution. My yoga teacher got me to do a handstand and it felt amazing. I will practice as you say and hopefully I will be hand standing soon
Thank you so much for the advice it helped me a lot and all my friends know how to do it. I wrote it on my special diary all of the stretches from part one part two and part three thank you so much.
Wow that's awesome to show balance and practice the wall technique some one at the gym told me the same thing thanks Charlie your awesome see you next work out thumbs up
Just 1 help is needed here.. how to get down safely when suddenly in between balance practicing like this, I lose the balance, and I am practicing it alone? Like, what if I fall down hitting my knees? For that case as I sense I am about to lose my balance that moment how should I land safely back during initial practice phase? Please guide us with a tutorial! Also Thanks for the videos,I am gradually gaining confidence in my daily yoga practice with your videos.
Could you please make a short one on tucks from downward dog. I always struggle to get my hips up. When I am upside down, I don’t know where my hips are 😅
I also can‘t but I can do it perfectly fine when someone else is standing there and I know they will catch me so I think it‘s not a strength issue but more that I‘m just scared 😅 Maybe it‘s the same for you. Haven‘t figured out what to do about it though 😅
This is an amazing explanation, I love your channel🥹 I just wanted to add something I noticed during one of my yoga lessons: for all of you who can't seem to fully kick the legs up to the wall, it may be because of how you're placing your shoulders! For example, I couldn't get my legs high enough because my shoulders were not aligned with my hands (I was keeping them like / and not like | ) So uhhh yeah, I hope this will help someone ❤️
Once I am inverted I can’t manage to balance without the walls trust. Theoretically, I know the hips to be a little over towards to head but I then get scared I’ll fall forward. Thank you again for these mini series. Would you be able to show safe landings as well please? ❤
Hey I completely understand where you are at, getting up to the wall is one thing but trusting yourself enough to move away is another. I'll do my best to cover this in future videos. As for safe landings, I made video on this, I hope it helps you: th-cam.com/users/shortsC1E-pc8l3Lo?si=8DC4pi6sFBDkiKio

You kick up so gentle to the wall…. when I do it, I flop into it and something in the next room falls onto the ground. 😂

Fantastic advice. I love the idea of learning the tuck rather than just pushing both feet away from wall. Thank you!

It’s the kicking up to the wall that’s the challenge. Any advice for that?

She has two more parts of this, starting by building strength and then the kick up... If you search her page, its there :)
