    Its common to have acne, due to the surrounding, diet n etc. Skincare is one of the way to reduce the production of over sebum n clog pore. Others is more on our routine especially on our diet. May or nay, we still have to be aware of what we eat.

    Great video! Thinking of getting the Green Tea Emulsion for my very oily skin!
    I have a question, Although the products didn't perform well for your acne, did they at least lend a calming effect?
    I use a Potassium Azeloyl Diglycenate serum for acne and it helps control them to a significant extent.
    But nothing has been able to control my sebum production, and since I have a highly sensitive skin all I want from a toner and moisturiser is : lightweight hydration without any tackiness and soothing effect.
    So, does the toner /moisturiser do that job well?
    Thanks in advance!

      @KevsWorld  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey there! Thanks so much! I think the products have an "earthy effect"....overall it also made my skin oily DESPITE being meant to reduce oil formation.
      Hmm...I suppose it had a calming effect where it didn't get red or breakout. The Green Tea range contains Centella Asiatica which is meant for skin soothing, perhaps that is the ingredient you are looking for!

      @@KevsWorld That was very helpful. Thank you!
      Edit : missed a point, did the products make your skin oilier than it usually is, or did it simply didn't control the usual production?
      As I have been finally able to control my sebum production after months of struggle, I'd like to use the toner solely for calming my rosacea prone skin, but would also like to make sure it doesn't aggravate the oily situation!
      Thanks again!

      @@aYTaccount which product you use for roseca prone skin?

    • @aYTaccount
      @aYTaccount 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cutegirlsolanki I'm sorry I won't be able to recommend products as I'm not equipped to do so, your derm would be able to do that for you!
      As for keeping my skin from flaring up, avoiding products with triggers I've identified for myself, work more than using products targeted to the cause (that again, depends on the severity of situation, which a derm can evaluate for you).
      Also, looking for non irritating, soothing and anti inflammatory ingredients in products, with minimal ingredients, help, along with keeping the skincare routine very simple, and being gentle to the skin.
      Hope it helps.

    what's better, mugwort mask or the jeju volcanic clay mask? I'm oily skin and I'm unsure what to buy!

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there! Personally I think the innisfree jeju clay mask is thicker and more clay like, and absorbs more oil (hence drier), whereas the isntree one is more "vegetable" like and less intense... personally I don't like the fragrance of the isntree one

    Will the green tea emulsion fade my acne scars?

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! I think the green tea emulsion will not necessarily help to fade scars....you will need vitamin C or retinol for that ☀️

    Hallo, if i have to choose 1 for daily. Green tea emulsion compared to hyaluronic acid gel moisturizer. Which better for oily skin?

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hi there! The green tea emulsion is better for oily skin! Since it's meant to purify the skin and has anti sebum ingredients 🌿 personally I think the hyaluronic acid gel cream moisturiser is quite oily for me.

    can i use emulsion as a moisturizer??

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there! In a way you can use it as a moisturizer, just that if you have really dry skin, it may not be enough hydration. Mostly I think emulsion is like a "semi moisturizer"

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there, yes I think you can use the green tea toner with those products as the toner is very mild and doesn't contain any AHA or BHA. The toner is very mild actually.

    Are you suggesting that dry skin types stay away from the mugwort mask?

    • @KevsWorld
      @KevsWorld  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there! I would say the mugwort mask does dry the skin out, so I would not recommend to dry skin because it will pull out more oil and moisture. Do try another more hydrating mask for dry skin!
