    The fact that Black Wall Street was burned down to shreds based on ONE accusation of a white female being sexually assaulted by a black male without ANY-FAIR- EVIDENCE is ABSURD!!!!!! Plus, even if it was true, tons of black females had been sexually assaulted and beaten for decades/centuries through slavery. But I guess, that didn't matter?! Most of all, one accusation does not justify a malicious massacre of innocent lives, nonetheless, destroying an ENTIRE town!

We see how far too many, of these people have called the police on our people for no good reason. Lets not forget the women, Carolyn Bryant Donham ,who admiited she lied on Emmit Till. Emmit Till was brutally beaten and murdered for nothing.

      "WE" meaning the educational system? If so, how will the current narrative be preserved? If black, white, Asian, Middle Eastern & Latin kids learn about black contribution to humanity, the current social economic class system will fall apart & they cannot have that happen. Maybe black people need educators, black history college professors & Pan Africanists to create a true black history curriculum starting grade 1🤔

      I don't hold them responsible for educating me and my children about who we are. Black History is discussed at the same depth of Jewish history. It's a superficial approach. Jews don't hold other races responsible for educating their children their history and successes. If people cut off these modern minstrel show reality shows and study something they would know. They put forth minimal effort to know for themselves. You can't expect other people to value your history more than we do. It's 2020, there's no reason to still lip dragging talking about whites. What have they been doing with the powerful resources readily available? They're still not studying like they should. It's a dern shame that the largest database of historical African American information is owned by the LDS. They're not even remotely in the Black community. We allowed them to take our research, articles, documents, images, census, property information, so much more information in the database. It's there's now.

      I agree. So let's teach them the real truth about Tulsa. Let's cut the crap. What happen to Tulsa and Black Wal street? The same thing that happens today. A resident of Tulsa is spilling the tea on the tragic incident. One black man dating a white woman caused its downfall. The white lady in the elevator had a relationship with the black man. She called the police on the black man and when he ran to Tulsa for help he brought destruction to their town. He did not even live in that town. If he kept his resources in the black community and not chasing after the white lady, Tulsa will still be here today. This is why there will never be another Tulsa. Black men wealthy or poor do not marry dark skinned black women, and if they do it is it is when they (black men) have have one foot in the grave.

Too often when people think of Black Wall Street all they can think of is that it was burned down unjustly, instead of noticing the genious of the people who implemented this excellent economic system. There is much to be learned from the example they've provided about how money works and how communities can use it to thrive. I especially like how you referred to how long a dollar would stay and circulate in their community. If only more would learn those lessons, poverty could be eradicated town by town, city by city.

      I wonder as well. 100 years of trying has created individual billionaires who hoard wealth rather than buy large plots of land to resell to other Blacks in order to rebuild similar Wall Streets all over the South and certain cities in the Midwest. It could have been done many times, but has not. It may be the case that we can combine our acquired wealth, talent, skills and rebuild in Africa. But it also require a battle with Africa's European and Asian colonizers.

      This information about the black man dating a white woman can from a survivor of Tulsa who was on a radio station retelling his account of events. Everyone can have an opinion but why discount the information of a survivor. Another reason why Tulsa will be hard near impossible to replicate. People would like to settle for shooting the messenger instead of helping to do the impossible rebuilding a community decimated by ignorance, disbelief, and devaluation. We will never learn. All you have to do is disprove the fact of what I said about the militia coming to Tulsa chasing a black man that was chasing after a relationship with a white woman

      Only in Africa. Africa for Africans. The diaspora needs to start returning to the African continent, opening businesses, buying land, building homes, building the infrastructure. Taking our skills, education, and giftedness back to the motherland to make it great! African countries, especially west African countries need everything that Black Wall Street had and then some. Our ancestors did not give up their African citizenship when they were forced into slavery to build the economies in the Americas and the Caribbean and parts of Europe. Let them have America! They lied to us about Africa. Africa is the riches continent on earth, go make the American Dream in Africa and stop begging these people for scraps. They have done every evil thing in every sector for the African American's demise (redlining, stealing property, building highway through black neighborhoods to cut off business, gentrification, welfare, prison industrial system, drugs in our neighborhoods to finance wars in other countries, eugenics (population reduction) by way of planned parenthood, sterilization, high interest loans. We pay higher car and home insurance in our neighborhoods, higher food and gas prices in our neighborhoods, given higher interest loans, and are paid lower wages than our counterparts even with having more experience and education. It is a deliberate system targeted at us for failure. We should be tired, yet Africa is waiting.

      @Lucien Maignan jr I’m also wondering this.
      If Black Wall Street was possible in those days, why not now? I would think the opportunity would be more accessible now.
      Were people more family oriented back then? Was faith more important? Was community more valuable?
      What’s goin on now? Is it the messages the Black community gets? Is there a broken mind set going on instead of a mindset of success? Black community should be thriving now. Can’t be just the White man standing in their way.
      So what’s going on?

    • @irses457
      @irses457 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We will not do anything as long as we keep repeating past mistakes.Let's cut the crap. What happen to Tulsa and Black Wal street? The same thing that happens today. Black men chasing white skin.

  • @waynemixmaster2968
    @waynemixmaster2968 4 ปีที่แล้ว +65

    Here's the problem though. How do you secure your wealth without a security force? The whites were waiting as hungry lions to plunder all of this wealth when they claimed a black guy assaulted a white girl...then they did a full destruction of BWS killing thousands and leaving thousands more injured and homeless. Yet, and to this day, the whites have not been convicted for this genocide and blacks have not been compensated. The very same took place in Rosewood, Florida - a black boy accused of assaulting a white girl that caused the mayhem & destruction by the whites! The lesson that should be taken from this is that black America will have to stop playing victim at some point and stand united and physically fight for their justice, the wealth they work for and their rights. It will NEVER be handed to YOU! No land or possession or anything of value has ever been handed over in history without a war! & guess what? YOU have the strength and power to overcome the oppression you face. YOU will only have to realize this one day. Start writing their history and stop allowing them to write yours. In fact, they have practically and fully wiped out your very existence...by now you'll need to know your worth.
