Love hidden gems , great banter , some great golf , one problem don’t last long enough , need 18 hole versions and more often . Other than that Golf Mates is PERFECT.
My great friend Eric Murphy was a member at Seaport . Sadly he was taken from us after a huge battle with cancer bravely fought. He would have loved this. Thanks lads. Rest in peace pal.
Gems is the best series on TH-cam. Always fantastic courses, great banter and good golf. Great to see Roy back on the channel. Re holes played, I think there should be at least 1 out of 6vwhere Roy gets a shot so he has a reasonable chance of getting a 3 pointer.
Hands up, I've been a critic of Steve in the past but, when he's like this, he's a pleasure to watch. I'm rooting for him to catch up and win the overall trip. Come on Mr B.
Starting to make me feel home sick with these first two videos, 2 courses I could happily play over and over. You are correct that finishing 3 at Seapoint is probably the best 3 I have ever played. I had the pleasure\displeasure (which ever way you look at it) to live in Drogheda for a number of years, actually got married in the little church in Termonfeckin. Glad you are enjoying the trip.
Absolutely brilliant lads. Love seeing Steve and Stu bouncing off one another, their craic is great together. Hell of a course too, definitely a top golfing destination. Even if only to sample the accommodation and bar!😂
I recognise the course in that teaser... Headfort GC. An absolute joy of a course. I'm in New Zealand, and I still remember the smells, the air, and the grass of that course. Great choice Liam!!
At last the complaining has been taken away from Mr. B. Welcome to your new role Stuart! Loved the banter, great golf and an insight on why you do these "Hidden Gems" (Tony's Bar)
Keep the hidden gems series going for as long as possible lads. Love it. Well played Liam. Some excellent golf there, with a little bit of luck that we all need from time to time.
Brilliant video lads. Always love watching these hidden gems series. Unreal scenery. BTW...ye stitched up poor Roy with the stroke holes 😂 he deserved at least 1 out of 6
Cracking course, I played it earlier this year on a trip to the Emerald Isle. Front 9 lulls you in as shielded from the sea, but the holes along the shoreline are next level.
Superb lads Stu Butch and Sundance have turned you over again giving you loads to drink then picking 6 holes where you don’t get a shot can you see a pattern here 🤣🤣hidden gems quality roll on next one 👏👏👍well done Joe filming with that low sun 👍
Liam, looks like another great series. I played your Hidden Gems part 3 over the spring / early summer, fabulous courses, lousy weather. Looks like I'll be off to Ireland next year. Keep it going, really is good fun to watch you all.
Class video as always lads. What a birdie by Mr. B! Would you be able to link that Airbnb? Looks absolutely stunning and I'd love to stay when I visit this November all the way from Canada! Cheers!
Boom 💥 Guiness goes down way to easily. 🤣 Not any more... gave it up 12 years ago now. Don't miss it. 😊 Haven't played since Christmas... I do miss it. 😢
Brilliant lads, stunning scenery and some golf to match 👍 well played Liam good steady golf, Mr Barlow is becoming a great putter, what's his secret? Unlucky with the stroke indexes Stuart think there's a bit of stitching going on there 😉
Great videos so far Golfmates, looking forward to Headfort this Monday, played it other week, championship course is the best parkland I've ever played tough test playing off the whites
Sure did Liam. Can't wait to see the rest of the Irish tour. Mind you have played portsalon a few times. And the northwest is about 30minute drive for me. So probably my closet links to play.
Great vid guys, beautiful course. Steves golf has deffinetly improved over the years. I do think a vid, watching him find out his real yardages for each club would be useful for him and fun for us!!

Sorry for your loss
Liam, you build a channel around being yourself, and being a nice guy. In a world of people acting a role, this is refreshing and appreciated 👍
Thank you
9:20 BOOM BOOM BARLOW.

Brilliant channel, love the golf and the banter, but the audience is the winners.
I recognise the course in that teaser... Headfort GC. An absolute joy of a course. I'm in New Zealand, and I still remember the smells, the air, and the grass of that course. Great choice Liam!!
You got it
Its a monster of a course, one of the best parklands I have ever played.
Nothing better than playing golf with friends. Loved the video.
So true
Steadily working my way through these videos... Cracking banter, really enjoyable watching.
Barlow is a legend. They should pay him do the commentary at the masters. Great stuff!
Brilliant 😂
That would be one of the funniest things ever ha.
Never heard so many excuses from Heavy. I always look forward to his bunker shots, followed by “you’ve got no chance from here”
"And here's Bryson, magic hands, going the scoopy woopy". I can see the audiences lapping it up.
At last the complaining has been taken away from Mr. B. Welcome to your new role Stuart! Loved the banter, great golf and an insight on why you do these "Hidden Gems" (Tony's Bar)
The banter is absolutely hilarious. Keep it up. Cheers.
