    That's why mothers are always telling their sons to stand up straight. They know how important it is for a man to display confident physiology.

    I admit, I'm guilty - In the bar scene, I used to stand arms crossed VERY often.
    I implemented your "chest out, shoulders back, and chin up" the other night, and I couldn't believe the difference in just that small shift. I had 3 women keep giving me eye contact, and one even initiated conversation with me - and just kept hanging around after that.
    Thanks for the tips, coach.
    Much appreciated.

      @@eljefe797 I gotta say I noticed a change. Thing is, you can't just take the posture, you gotta "feel" the posture. What I mean is, you have feel like you're a soldier/king/boss.....give that aura off with the posture & mentality working in union.

    • @FokwaDivine
      @FokwaDivine ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @marcusfrazier4923 I 100% agree with you that you have to feel like a soldier or king. You have to believe that about yourself in addition to the posture. The believe is super important

    LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE MEN! This truly works. I tried it one time when a local band was playing. Just stood there with my drink at my side, shoulders back and square, and legs spread just a bit. I wanted to see what happened. I had over 10 girls come talk to me, that never happens! It was insane, my buddy was stunned lol

      So true. I've been courting this girl i work with for a while now and made some mistakes of over-pursuing early on. Even though i knew she had interest, because she was the first to initiate it, instead of playing it cool i pushed the issue to the point where she rejected my offer for a date by her saying "I have a boyfriend." I had a feeling that was BS and just shrugged it off. Around that same time i had found Corey's channel and his book, "How To Be A 5% Man", and have since turned the situation around by using his principles, to the point where as of 2 days ago she's now chasing me. Whereas before and after i asked her out she was putting me through test after test. At this point, no matter what the outcome is, i am far more confident in myself and even use these principles on women i talk to as a bartender.

      I mean, he isn't wrong though. Plus, when you start using his principles and getting the positive results, it makes courting women more fun. I actually find the games and tests women give humorous now. That's how you have to be with it. Have a thick skin. Be confident in your masculinity, and just have fun with it. It makes the pay off when you find that one woman that much better and more satisfying. I wish i had learned these principles much earlier in life.

    Unbelievable.
    Changing my posture sparked an entire social revolution in a single hour. Usually in a group I'm the guy who doesn't speak unless spoken to, and usually I'm only acknowledged only for approval since it's obvious to people that I'm not gonna socialize. But, changing my posture alone made people happy to see me, and made them very happy to engage in conversation about anything.

    @bangbangdivine You are correct. However, it is intimidating only to weak and insecure women. I am a high achiever & only date high-achieving/super confident women. I want an equal. Not someone who I can walk all over. He goes after the type of women I have no interest in. I teach authenticity and being real, not being an actor or memorizing some silly routine. You MUST be who you are. I got no time for BS or trying to be something I am not. You should do what YOU feel most comfortable doing :)

    Ever since I started walking this way, I noticed almost everyone pull out their phones in order to avoid eye contact as we walk towards each other down the halls in school. I used to do the same shit but now I feel like a boss. Thanks Coach. Even the dudes that are taller than me tend to look down at the ground when we make eye contact.

    Corey I finally purchased your book on my kindle for my android after months of watching your videos. You have turned me into a one-step-ahead-of-the-rest-alpha-female, i feel powerful and a magnet in my universe. Im currently reading your book on the train on the way to work and it enriches my soul. You are god sent and im sure thousands of others feel the same way. I started to feel insecure about my partner who is still friends with her ex, and I started to push her away, I then watched 4 of your videos and started getting my focus back on track. In 24 hours we did a dramatic turn around from arguing to being all lovey dovey. Theres just something in the words you say that is flawless and full proof. Your number 1 fan.

    Your right ON coach! I'm an over 50s male and I have a slight double chin, not tall, but have been told I look much younger. Anyways, last weekend at a local mall, I practiced the Alpha stance, walk, paid attention to attraction signs and locked in the eye contact with as many girls as possible and guess what? I attracted two very young females one average looking but the second one was at least an 8. I was scared shit, but manned up and approached, proof looks don't matter to all girls.

  • @rhenriksen

    While I agree what confident, dominant body language looks like, what's not discussed in this video is how to develop confidence internally, so manifesting it outwardly is natural and congruent. Otherwise, you're just faking it and it'll be hard to sustain that vibe & be authentic. For me, years of martial arts training was the best positive step I took to develop that. It's also something that takes effort to maintain. My instructor has said, "Confidence is like cash. If you don't continually *make* money to offset the money that you spend, you will run out."

  • @natem8227
    @natem8227 9 ปีที่แล้ว +40

    Great advice, alot of dudes need to stop acting like a bitch.

    I see zillions of guys trying to be alpha without actually being alpha. Humility is a very important quality most men lack. Take responsibility when you make mistakes.

    • @DedZero
      @DedZero 10 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Humility leads a potential mate to go into the friendzone. That goes without saying that humility should never be used. But in a romantic atmosphere, Humility does not work because he may be in a position where the woman will not be interested in his abilities because he may show that he has no skill on a subject. Humility in some form may be a sign that a person is weak, shy, uninteresting or boring when it comes to leading and making decision skills.

    • @hollylaird8359
      @hollylaird8359 10 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Cpaz Musik
      I'm talking about a balance of humility and displaying dominance. If someone makes a mistake and a guy bucks up, he's not going to make a good partner. If someone intentionally tries to take advantage of a situation and a guy bucks up, that's a keeper. If a guy can't admit his mistakes, toss him. If he takes a humble approach and admits when he's wrong, he's a keeper. You have to find a balance, compromise without being a pushover.

    • @hollylaird8359
      @hollylaird8359 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If being yourself works for you and you're achieving success with women you don't need this video. Start with one or two things, like not putting your hands up over your core or holding an item in front of you, and facing the person you're talking to instead of being sideways.

We had a small conversation, but she had to go. I asked for her number, she said no so I said bye and walked away. But I had never had that hot and beautiful of a girl come up to me before. Men are more likely to be attracted to the woman herself. Women are typically attracted to things that indicate what the man can do for her quality of life. Tall, leader, powerful, confident....all those qualities give women protection and provision and raise her social status.
    It's why a successful man might date a beautiful and sweet pizza delivery girl, and even pizza delivery girls will often scoff at dating a fellow pizza delivery man!
    I have a position of perceived power. And young adult women that would likely not be attracted to me outside that setting or when I was their age show interest in me constantly. I do not take them up on it due to ethics and career considerations. I was at first flattered but now it is quite sad and predictable. It is as if I am merely my title and position and confident demeanor in those settings. You could take a turd and stick in a suit and put it in my office with a title on the door and it would be getting phone numbers and obvious flirtations.

I always keep a strong frame and people notice me when i walk in the room, (I don't even ask for the attention) but some guys who don't have balls and can't keep a strong frame will notice you and start hating on you from a distance with their facial expressions and body language. I've been trying this for few weeks now and I'm happy to report that it has been working in my favour when interacting with women. I used to rely on my size (6' 3", and a pretty solid 260 lbs.), but with mixed results. Since I've been doing what CW teaches in this video, people have told me that I seem even larger than I really am, seeming surpised when I told them (after they had asked) that I'm 'only' 6' 3"/ 260lbs. So thanks to CW for the sound advice! However, I hasten to add that while women find this attractive, there is a certain type of male who finds this intimidating and will send off an aggressive vibe when he encounters you (particularly after a few drinks). I have been cornered by small groups of smaller men who want to 'put me back in my place'. I am never one to initiate any type of physical confrontation but I will most certainly defend myself if necessary, even if I hate conflict. So I would add the caveat to CW's advice that one should just be mindful as to when and where you use these powerful techniques because while they are bound to impress women, they seem to provoke certain types of men.

    Naturally exhibit this body language since i have the strong belief that things would always work out for me in the long run.What was missing was the smiling part,it led to most people being intimidated by me without.me having to do anything.This further led to me developing certain weak behaviours such as looking down and not making eye contact to assure people i was not someone whom they should be intimidated by.Thanks guys.Always remember to smile:)

    Coach Corey you are spot on in this Video. One of the directors in a company I used to work for his body language is exactly as you described. His wife is super beautiful and many of the female colleagues in the company wanted a taste of him. Even close a female colleague in the company often told me how attractive and charismatic he is. So every man should walk with is head up, chest out and have the kind of self believe that you are a king or boss or military captain. Even if you feel you are worthless, fake it until you make it. It is all in the way you carry yourself. When you carry yourself like that, you get noticed. Also dress nice and clean

    it's weird, i've always been shy (getting rid of that though) but i've always had a strong body language. i used to think girls just weren't into me. but then i found out many were, but found me intimidating. i think my shyness mixed in with appearing strong gave the illusion of arrogance. since i've started breaking out of my shell though and not caring as much about what people think, girls don't seem intimidated anymore.

    I have really enjoyed your video's, but this one is the best. I was able to see a lot of me in the way you say to walk and move. I have always been that guy who walks tall and, if you like, takes up more room than he needs, even if I am having a really bad day, and I can back you up on how big an impact with women this has. I suppose I don't know any different, I have always moved and carried myself that way. I am 51 now and I still feel I make an impact when I enter a room, I have to feel it, its in me.
    Sure, I know I am good looking and a great guy that any woman, or man, should want to know, but that is how I have lived my life. I'm not so sure someone can just take that on if they have never fealt that way about themselves before, but I would love to think it they could and it would be interesting to find out. Great work Corey, I bet your a riot to be out with.

    I remember my first experience with this ,I was in line at a concert by a group of women I started to talk them for a minute then after I talked them more women started staring at me for at least 5-10 seconds as soon I got into the concert people felt my strong alpha presence. as I walked through the crowd people cleared my path (you would think this was some movie type shit ) I was already in my shoulder width stance standing tall with my chin up . a hour went past women kept staring , smiling at me and giving me signals (this was from the alpha body language I was using ) then there were two hot big booty beautiful women that approached me asking can they stand next to me one was standing close to my crotch and one was on the side of me women was giving me signals from left to right but the only thing that was wrong was phone battery was on 15 percent and story goes on and on ...but the body language works it keeps criminals away from you and it helps in so many ways this was the best change I have ever made (the crazy part about it I just turned 18 when this happened now I'm 21 and still that man👏👏👍💪🙌)but what it boils down to is preselection ,direct approach,indirect approach and body language💯💯💯.

    This was the first video I saw, and the next day I put your techniques to use. The very next day this girl I work with who I think is really cute, but never thought she would go for me, asked me out for a drink. We got along pretty well and I ended up going back to her place and making out with her for awhile, she wasn't down for sex but I didn't push it. Gotta love results, the only bad thing is I think my conversation subjects could of been better, and now I'm anxious because I hope she wants to hang out again and this wasn't just a one night thing.I know I have to read your book 10, 20 times for maximum effect, but for now I'll watch your videos. He says in his book "every relationship is an opportunity for growth" I feel this applies to all human interaction period. Knowing the fundamental differences between the sexes and also paying attention to subtle body language cues means so much.
      He's not a PUA rather one who helps with human relations.

    Actually, most people will be intimidated and can not be fully present standing face to face with another human being without feeling weakness and discomfort in their core. This makes them turn to the side in submission. Men move for no one. We are the mountain. If others feel shame around you, that's their problem. Why? Because every once in a while you will encounter a super alpha female who will look at you face 2 face & she won't be intimidated; a man who's worthy will stare back & take her.

    Here's something interesting about body language and which gender notices what. I'm a bodybuilder. When I'm massive from eating a caloric surplus to build mass I get lots acknowledgement from men. Lots of nods and light conversation like "hey bro, how much you bench, squat" whatever. Men seem to respond more to a huge dude than a ripped one because when I diet down ripped acknowledgment from men drops off and I start getting acknowledgement from women. Mostly in the form of eye contact and smiles. Rarely does a women ever initiate a conversation with me like men do but that's normal. It's always interesting for me see this phenomenon transpire over the 3 months it takes to drop the excess weight, which has been up to 60 pounds before. Women definitely don't go for massively huge guys but if you're really ripped, they notice that.,

      If you want abs, either go on a keto or carnivore diet. I got rid of my beer gut and had abs within just a few weeks of eating nothing but meat.

    Little tip out there for getting good posture. Plank.
    Plank, plank, plank. 60 Seconds, then go again. At my dance class all the women comment on my good posture because I plank on a regular basis. Google bodybuilding planking for posture and watch some videos on how to plank properly. It will straighten out your back and align your spinal cord when done properly.
    Its a health AND confidence booster. I plank for 60 seconds and 3 sets every other day. It works! Try it!!!

    • @bbaattttlleemmooddee
      @bbaattttlleemmooddee 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep planks are great. I started exercising for health reasons specifically because of my spine, bad posture, and bad confidence. A year ago I started planking every other day. I started doing 30secX2 and now I can do 60secX5. I still don't have a nice body but it's much better than before. I'm in the ideal weight range for my height for the first time since I was a teen and I got some confidence back. Planks were the hardest thing when I started but now squats take that trophy.
