I experienced nasal breathing problems for 19 years. You are the only doctor I have seen that mentions a fact that I had to learn on my own - breathing through your nose is the best way to help you breathe through your nose. In other words, mouth breathing makes a stuffy nose worse.
Also, I have found that staying away from people who cause me stress is the 2nd best way that helps me breathe better.
Ironically, nasal steroids make my nose worse, not better. Steroids dry out my nose and when my nose is dry, it causes more swelling, not less.
I saw dozens of ENTs over the years, and none of them recommended natural health products like Green Tea or Quercetin, to help control my allergies. None of the OTC or prescription, anti-allergy medicine I was told to take worked, so through my own research, I found that Quercetin and Green Tea are the most effective allergy medicines available to me.
One more thing, when I rub the back of my neck, just below the bottom of my skull (C2 Vertabrae, I think), I can get my nose to open up after being clogged.

Nasal rinses may be a good place to start. I have a video on nasal irrigation. If you get some relief from this I would then do controlled pauses in order to use CO2 to clear the remaining inflammation in your nasal cavity. I also have a video on how to do controlled pauses. Good luck!

@@Egotistical432 you're going to be just fine.... If you really can't breath through your nose get Flonase (steroid nasal spray to reduce inflammation on the sinus tissue). As far as the panic attacks and anxiety... You need to simply relax more. turn off the tech, sir somewhere quiet and play brown noise for 20 minutes while sitting or laying comfortably.

There is a spectrum in regards to how much the nasal cavity is blocked. For those that have some ability to breathe through their nose (though limited) it can be useful to train more nasal breathing because it often becomes easier with practice.
