That's funny cuz this here is a fusion dish clearly inspired by Indian, Mexican (rolls/wraps) and Mediterranean (sauce) food. You don't see garlic naan rolls like these in India at all. No truffle aioli here either.

Aioli sauces have just popped up in the regular grocery stores in the recent years here in the US, so eventually they will come around to India. Right now, the aioli sauces are not even a top-selling sauce or even commonly used in the restaurants.
