Love these on a snack board with fresh veg, fruit, and hummus! The trick is making certain there are enough left to put on the board after my son discovers them. 😂😍😋

I just made these today but used einkorn flour and added PB2 Pure. I didn’t add iodized salt to the mix; I sprinkled it very lightly over top. They are fabulous!! Very adaptable recipe.

OK. Just made these. Love them! I happened to have a bottle of Well Your World's Everything Bagel seasoning (SOS free), and shook it on one of the sheets. Both plain and with the seasoning added were both fantastic! For the seeds, I did use the mix of 6 super seeds I mentioned before.

These are the best! They are easy to make and delicious. Reminds me of the taste of crispy fried chicken! I score them into larger crackers and re-crisp them in the toaster. Yummy, crispy, warm crackers.

Quarter inch is about 6mm. One-eighth is close to 3mm. In-between is 3/16" and that's just under 5mm, which is probably about right. "About right" is the best cooking measure.

Thank you for the recipe. I have made these multiple times. I have added the bagel seasonings, Deliciou sells vegan seasonings and I have sprinkled on their Ranch flavor, and yesterday I added Nutritional Yeast and a little of Deliciou's Cheddar cheese seasoning. So these are very versatile. Nice to have a healthy snack to go to.

I'm glad you brought up the salt. I have POTS and without a little salt added I can get low blood pressure, especially eating this way where it's naturally very low sodium. I just sprinkle a little salt into my meals when I cook dinner and it's enough for the day for me, breakfast and lunch I don't add salt.

A closer alternative to Millet Flour would be Corn Flour since they are both in the grass family. Chickpeas are in the legume family.

Im having a hard time with a lot of recipes. We are trying to go more and more pbwf, but several family members are deathly allergic to peanuts, soy, tree nuts and legumes. Also anaphylacticaly allergic to dairy, egg and shellfish, which we are all trying to eliminate anyway. Thankfully, not allergic to sesame. Looking for alternatives to tempeh, tofu and the like.

If not, is there a way you can label the recipes, or tell us right off the bat if the recipe is not good for that diet. I get so depressed after watching a whole video and at the very end you say we can't have that recipe. The sheet cake video literally made me cry!
