I was only introduced to The Blood Brothers at the beginning of this year. I love everything that Johnny Whitney does now. This song, is especially genius. I love it.
The ending is too haunting. I have to like, zone out...out into the song, I suppose, whenever I hear it. He's just awesome at writing music...I hope he continues...

I wish we could have gotten an acoustic LP, but it seems he’s retired from music. Obviously he is a legend with The Blood Brothers, but his solo record as Neon Blonde is amazing. Some of the most unique and original song writing. More abrasive than this, but quite a departure from Blood Brothers.
Highly recommend checking out their pre Blood Brothers groups Vade (specifically their Saturn 7”), Soiled Doves (Soiled Life), and The Vogue (As Brass and Satin). If you’ve not already experienced them that is.
