The only problem with these coaches is the fact the corridors are still in darkness. I make my own light from 12v lighting strip and include 2 lengths. One for the compartments and one for the corridors.
I enjoy your videos very much and would like to see more of them, so please continue. The battery, how long does it last for because if you have to keep dismantling your coaches to change it the pegs will eventually snap off? Also is it movement that puts the lights on or would vibration cause them to come on, lets say another train running into or out of the fiddle/ storage sidings? Thanks, Mel
The lights are sensitive so depends how stable the baseboard. But seem fine when tested. Battery life depends on how often they are used and what make of battery you have. Chris uses Energizer's and Varta which so far have given him a good amount of running time other makes are available but cheaper brands may not give the same amount of usage time.
