I have been trying to give up my YT video addiction for ages. I gave it up In Confession last week. The Lord has been calling me to a proper prayer time for over 2 years and I ve had half hearted attempts. Now, speak Lord your servant is listening
All the insecurities in the world, the deconstruction of rational thought and even the attempt to deconstruct reality. The pandemic. The 2020election fiasco. And add to that multiple personal tragedies that got very threatening to my little family. I got shown very clearly, I'm not the one who has ANY control. And it was horrible. No secure footing anywhere. But through this, I became humbled enough to look for footing. And I did look to the Church and the faith, and it was an amazing experience! I feel so much better! Now I have to try and tell the people around me that this is not just a collection of self soothing rituals. This is real! I feel it, I see it, it is Truth! Gonna be fun.I'm surrounded by atheists and agnostics
