this video was when I was new to make home tours. Walking through the front door into a foyer. Due to the hillside construction of the home there is an elegant set of stairs to the left of the foyer with picture frame widows gazing over the valley. I walked in and cut to the game room with is through the foyer.
Mtn lions would be very rare, they are pretty good about avoiding populated areas. The area on the other side of the hill top has hiking and biking trails. Anything is possible, lots of homes in the area
Definitely a work of art...and the home was nice too! 😍
😉 appreciate you watching! Those views are incredible!
That View Got Me Simply BEAUTIFUL, If I Had $25 M's I'd Be Movin' In Soon 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
It’s literally the highest elevation home in Summerlin. Part II dropping tomorrow with better views
Gorgeous, however Im confused. You open the front door and it goes straight to the game room???

How often do they get visitors from wildlife, bobcats/mountain lions/coyotes?

That carport looks like a Holiday Inn circa 1974.
😂🤣😂🤣
is there just no yard for dogs? see the neighbor down hill has a fence
That's an observation. There are a number of homes in this community with yards for dogs, might not come with the same view.
If only it was quadruple gated 😢
That was my first thought too 😁. Since we’re talking about it: there’s an armed guard gate into the community, then two key pad private gates within
