While settlement cracks are not uncommon in our buildings, there weren't any that I noticed during the tour; there are inspections available to confirm that should you choose to opt for one.

Even the areas where you see wood exposed looks like they got it from home depot.
The beauty of custom home building is the owner gets to choose the finishes and quality control, versus purchasing from spec home builders, this is less of a problem.

While most part of Henderson is located in the lower part of the valley (elevation), Macdonald Highlands has one of the highest elevations and results in cooler temperature year round, and there are no shortage of greenery there... that said, I was still sweating my ___ off when filming this 😅

They didn't sell the other property he claims they sold, as it is up for sale, unless they bought it to resell it.
At that price, I wouldn't dig the proximity of the neighbor's lots.
There are some estate style homes with greater distance to neighbors, most are in rural preservation areas and not master planned communities.
