Hello! my name is Darren Kriz and I've built a Real Estate Sales and Media Team through Social Media and I appreciate every single person watching these videos!
As a Native Angelino, I'm passionate about helping people every day learn about and move to this city that I call home.
For those relocating, buying second homes, investment properties, and even first time home buyers, our team would love to connect with you and point you in the right direction to find the home that best fits your needs.
Was expecting property tax comparisons to be included, but enjoyed this overall. Thx
Like your channel Darren! Thanks for making this.
Bel Air is actually more exclusive in today. Most of the ultra high net worth (execs, etc) live in bel air these days.
How often do break and enters occur in Bel Air?
@@jessef734hardly ever. Bel Air is completely gated, no sidewalks, with 24/7 armed roving private security guards within the gates and at each entry point. Crime rate is 50% less than Beverly Hills. Bel Air also is completely residential and has no apartment buildings unlike BH. The most exclusive celebs, industry/tech execs live in Bel Air. More private bigger lots a lot of new builds. BH is only 12 mins away. It comes down to preference, do you want a walkable neighborhood or do you want increased safety, privacy and exclusivity?
So beautiful thank you ❤
If you say Beverly Hills is more luxurious than Bel Air, why the most expensive property called The One in LA is located in Bel Air? Please explain to us here
I think it’s a difficult comparison. Beverly Hills is an entire city, while Bel Air is a neighborhood. Beverly Hills seems more like old money and old architecture.
Bel Aire just happened to be the target for a lot of those modern mega mansions which I think are overpriced.
Beverly Hills is the ghetto of Bel Air
XD you're right
😂 not the ghetto
@@FazePegasus the hood or the bad version.
Beverly Hills or Bel
Air doesn't matter, anyone who spends so much money on overpriced wooden houses made in the USA that don't survive a storm with such thin walls must be stupid!
