I call bullshit. That's just pop psychology with no basis in reality. Not saying that a narcissist's apology is therefore sincere, but using these metrics to figure out if someone is being truthful is actually quite harmful as it isn't accurate at all. Not every person expresses the same kind of social cues. Like the above commenter who finds it hard to maintain eye contact in general. So do people with autism, or depression or just general introverts. It doesn't signify guilt. Maybe in TV shows it does.

The reactions you saw on tape were raw; they were unfiltered. None of us knew how to react or how to feel. I should have never posted the video.
