    I hope this isn't the wrong thing to say but....I love this practice on the days that I can:t be bothered, but know I need to do something. So calming and gentle. Thank you ❤

    As someone with a variety of physical issues including vertigo, I want to thank you SO MUCH for this video! I just did it tonight in a hotel room after a long day driving and it really worked out a lot of stiffness without sending me into a tailspin. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Your videos are so inspiring Zelinda as they make you feel like you can achieve them, you have such a calming, gentle voice and it is very motivating - Please could you kindly consider doing more lying down videos as they are the ones I use most, maybe even adding light hand weights? Keep up the great work!😍

    I have achilles tendinitis and my podiatrist told me to not do any exercise until it heals, I find that yoga by Zelinda has become an addiction for me and I can't go a day without it, so this video is fantastic and I'm still getting my daily yoga practice whilst my foot is healing, thank you Zelinda xx

    This was a lovely practice to do when I wanted some gentle movement, but was also feeling low energy.
    Not sure how, but I think this practice also helped me release some emotional energy because I could feel tears creeping out of the corners of my eyes during this practice.

    Zelinda, this is one of my many favorites. Would you consider creating a short yoga video specifically for the feet/ankles (and maybe lower leg)?

    Thank you for this, it’s wonderful!
    Would you be willing to remake it or one similar with no bird noises in the background? I have sound sensitivity with constant migraine but it would be so helpful to be able to do this regularly, which I can’t with the bird sounds
