thank you so much for this video. your instructions were very clear and i’m the type to always mess up since i have a processing disorder. but with your instructions it took me literally a few seconds to adjust myself when it used to take me a long time, everyone would have moved on to the next thing and i’d be still struggling to understand what the instructor is actually saying.
i been to yoga classes, i did exercises at home that my doctor recommended but my lower back pain was still persistent and constantly there no matter what i tried, some days are better than others but it was really crippling me and when i tell you i feel NOTHING right now?! i am absolutely floored!!!
i’m not a religious person but this was truly a miracle! i thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just found your channel by searching for gentle yoga for core strengthening. I did not think I'd find anything - cuz who thinks "gentle" and "core" at the same time? THANK you for producing these videos. I have a bigger body, and lost a lot of muscle tone with a combination of menopause, ME/CFS, and the COVID pandemic lockdowns. I did not think I could ever regain any strength back and thought I was doomed to body pain for the rest of my life. But I feel fantastic today after my first practice with your videos. So grateful!!!

I'm exactly in the same boat, so I am glad to read your review and that it helped you! Looking forward to this routine.

It's so hard to find yoga like this on TH-cam, everything is really fast flow! I can't do those due to health conditions. Thank you!

Just what I needed today! I know this may not be the case for everyone, but it helped my low back pain immediately. This one will be on repeat for awhile! Thanks for what you do!

There's definitely a correlation between core strength and reducing low back pain, so your experience totally makes sense! :)

Would I get the same benefits by doing this practice on my bed for cushioning for my low back? Also, do we tuck our bum in to do a pelvic tilt in Cat/Cow?

This is a really good core strengthening exercise. How often could I do it without causing too much stress in my body? Is this something I can do when I get up and again before I go to bed?

Hi Shelly! I'm happy you're here! I think that is a great plan for your practice! Always listen to your body and if it becomes too much, you can always adjust.
