Alex, Google Maps is calculating the distance/hour according to speed limits. Your truck can not make all the time max speed on your highways, that's why you have a deviation in time.

All my trips are always 2 to 3 days between customers. Plus I’m governed to 60 mph so I’m the slowest driver on the road. I need every minute in my 11 hour to reach my appointments on time.
You should really buy a tool that cuts wire/seals that they have at Home Depot or online. I bought a tool that cuts those like nothing. Instead of using your own lock or those big bolt cutters you have

You could do a TH-cam video, but you can't plan your trips. If you have the love app, it will tell you where the truck stops are at. Or is that too difficult for you?

If you kept your tandems forward until your straight in the door you have more turning room, but you'll learn all this as times goes right now your still wet behind the ears...you do a lot of stuff that makes no sense and easier ways
