The “some guy at work found the car” guy was me. I was nuts not to buy it for $3000, but I passed it on to Rob Kinnan who bought it and then sold it to Greg.

In 1971 my uncle stopped by the house, driving a his new used 67 Mustang GT 390 4spd. We all ran (beat) our cars at Fremont drags back then, so off we went. ..Under hard launch the car wheel hopped slightly worse than bad but, managed a good pass after the sun set, ..around 15.10 mid 90's mph. It looked just like this Mustang, Boss Man..

Paint job is about 20 years old. Everything on this car besides that is about 39 years old. And the history of this car is a awesome story. Wish I could get some pictures on here for you. Love the mustang. I’m huge mustang fan! I grew up driving around with my uncle. He has a 1965 Shelby GT 350 he bought new. We had that car in a lot of car shows. Still does. In 1970 i bought a 67 mustang fastback identical to the Bullitt car 390ci 4 speed,4:11posi,Offenhiuser intake Holley 4barell,i paid $1200 i was 15 years old, I wish I still had it.It was great fun.Engine bay was so cramped with headers it would take me all day just to change the spark plugs on one side.

Great work on your filming. That's a good looking old Mustang, nice to see some real age scares and screw holes than the fake crap people put on their cars.

I just discover your channel. Great content and professional done. I like the cars you drive in your videos a lot. I live in Belgium and we have here also American muscle cars. But they are expensive here. Your car can do in Belgium 20000 euro. That's more than 20000 dollar. And a coupe is a lot more expensive. Nice to see a young man enjoy that car so much. Keep posting those videos.

Don't care for Drag Racing but love the Road Racing (Turns) bit. I do like the 67 Fastback out of all the Mustangs. You had to keep the body and re do the rest to make a fast road car that would handle right. Lots of cutting & welding plus a major message on engine ,trans, and read end. The 67s still had the vent windows. Terrible they got rid of them and the fresh air floor vents.

Interestingly, the A in the GTA emblems indicate the car originally came with an automatic transmission.

The loss of the magazines was devastating. I saved the mags for reference and later enjoyment. Now have to buy online which only lasts so long. Bad news for something you paid for.
