- Ingredients:
6 Pounds Pork Ground In Food processor
1 Cup cooked Jazmine Rice
3 Cups or more Shredded Pork Skins
1/2 Cup peeled and chopped Garlics Than Pan Fried )
Use to wrap with Som Moo:
1/2 Cup peeled Garlics slice in halves
1/2 Pounds Fresh Chillies
Seasonings:
2 Packs of Nam Powder
4 Tablespoons Sea Salt plus 2 Tablespoons from Nam Power
2 Tablespoons MSG
3 Tablespoons sugar
*Store all wrapped Som Moo in tight container and leave in room Temperature 4-7 days. Warmer room they get sour quick, 3-4 days. Colder room tames 5-7 days
