New Control Arm with Ball Joint from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASL...
This video shows you how to install a lower control arm with ball joint on your 2011-2019 Ford Fiesta. Control arms are a crucial part of the suspension system of your vehicle. They not only carry the load of the vehicle to the wheel, but they typically also maintain its alignment. Control arms are typically large and strong, so you may be surprised it needs replacing. They contain rubber bushings for smoother rides at the cost of eventual wear, or integrated ball joints that require replacing the entire arm when they wear.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2011 Ford Fiesta
    2012 Ford Fiesta
    2013 Ford Fiesta
    2014 Ford Fiesta
    2015 Ford Fiesta
    2016 Ford Fiesta
    2017 Ford Fiesta
    2018 Ford Fiesta
    2019 Ford Fiesta

Thanks for the helpful video! I was able to replace the ball joint on my 2014 Fiesta. I had to use a ton of PB blaster penetrant to get my ball joint out of the knuckle (very corroded), and it still put up a fight, but finally came out.
As others have said the pickle fork /tie rod end separator forks are almost a necessity for this job.
Also, removing the brake caliper, rotor, and the shield makes the process alot easier.
I decided to just replace just the ball joint to save some money. Pressing the old one out and the new one in wasn't too bad. I used a loaner ball joint press from Advance Auto.

Just 1 thing I noticed...…..when the guy used the axle stand to push up the suspension, he crushed the brake dust shield into the brake disc during the process.....very poor.

How do you know when you've achieved a simulated ride height? How far do you jack it up?

I don't even know what i'm doing wrong trying to remove the ball joint, i put a pry bar in between and hammered it in for like a solid 5 min, then i literally did pullups on the breaker bar i put between the ball joint and the lower control arm, i smacked the arm with a hammer multiple times, but nothing, not even a tiny amount of movement, i spent 4 hours trying to get it lose with 0 results, i hate this design so much, just give me a damn bolt, these contraptions are awful to work on
