As a child, my grandfather told me about shadows that danced at night and married fellow travelers that they met on their way. And if they meet, then your betrothed shadow will be with you for life, and you will never be able to get married. If you get married, your shadow will kill your wife. I don’t know whether my grandfather sincerely believed in this, but the image of dancing shadows at night always scared me. If you hear a melody approaching at night - RUN.

Generations to follow, & am just curious because my northern Norwegian Nordic Norse Scandinavian Ancestors Sagas in song i take very seriously there time frames of music & ways of living there life's & with honor it is, so i just ask for truth & honesty of real time frame & real era historically accurate song or songs played during the era's times recorded by stones & passed on, because they have 18,000 songs i know of on stones i traced from all different era's & especially the true Viking age era of song & singing words told!
