I have not seen a seat Ibiza for many years. I remember most of them saying system Porsche down the side. that’s an interesting garage you have. I’m guessing it’s at the bottom of some kind of apartment complex. It’s nice how you can actually work outside the garage without being exposed to the elements.

You might find dousing the Master Cylinder and linkages in PlusGas might bring clutch and brakes around - there’s definitely lately a gear in there somewhere !😉
You should of got the delivery driver to stop at a jet wash when he was transporting it to the garage lol id help clean that interior it would be so rewarding afterwards

As it happened the plates were actually stuck. Gave it a bit of a belt in 4th gear and it’s been fine since!

Hi you may find that the heater has a drain hose. To eat any water out that comes through the vents it will be blocked up with all that rubbish
There are no ibiza from 1991 in blue in the UK with a current mot
There are no mk1 diesels full stop!
Get the cambelt done , because that is bound to snap the cars 34 yeay old
Those mk1 ibizas were awful before vw took them over
