@@Ghonestme59777 go for it! I feel so much better prioritizing protein. And for those out there who are not interested in animal based protein, there are plenty of other options that may work well for you to meet these requirements.💪
I've been eating, Salmon, rice, apples and walnuts since my stroke. I had a stroke due to an AVM rupture. I had no clue it was there until it happened. It's gone now, I had another surgery a few months after my stroke to remove it. I now have a personal trainer, trying to recover as much as possible and overcome paralysis. I'm a lot better than I was a year ago. I drink 3-4 big cups a water every day. it will be 2 years for me at the end of the month.
@@kicknowledgesmith8608 great job listening to your body. Absolutely love salmon and it is so rich and omega-3s, which is great for us stroke survivors. Keep up the good fight 💪
@@barbaracordova5772 i’ve been taking glutamine daily for the most part since day one of my recovery. Do your research, but I will say that glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body. Supplementing it can do wonders as it is an anti- catabolic. Meaning, your body will use other sources for energy before breaking down muscle tissue. So it does a great job at protecting and preserving skeletal muscle. On top of all of that, it is great for immune support 💪
Thank you Kevin for information very helpful will try😊😊😊😊😊
