    I have to agree that overall shaper made out better in this dexlue set over HB. on the Corp side I use 3 or 4 cards out of it, the runner side has staples that will continue to be used for a long long time.

    Thanks for making more videos! Would you consider creating short videos that focus on card combos/synergies that can make it easier for new players to understand from a spectator perspective?

    • @Willingdone
      @Willingdone  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've done a few videos of this sort like with Jackson Howard and ICE + Agendas. Do you have any specific card combinations you'd like to see?

    • @Doormat00
      @Doormat00 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea the Jackson Howard one was perfect. I would mostly be interested in what the players are hoping to draw, in order to achieve a certain combination that may favor them to win the match, from the popular meta decks since those are the ones being broadcasted on Twitch streams.

    Your analysis is spot on!
    Quick question: what program do you use to make the new cards? I would love to try out your designs with friends.

      Thanks! I do the custom cards in Photoshop. If you try them out, you'll have to let me know how it goes!

      @@Redragonclaws Hey! This was always one of my favorite Netrunner channels. Willingdone's videos were the best and helped me understand the game significantly better once I started working on it.
      Hope you're doing well!

      I've considered it but feel that there are many other channels that do this sort of thing well.

    Nice video, they should hire you. I really like your Living the Dream ID. Does seem strong though.

      Thanks! Living the Dream would really depend on the other Arcology cards. I think most of them would have to be agendas.

    my only problem with your Thomas Haas analysis was that he's clearly a thematic card, and that's all they were going for. I don't necessarily agree with that idea, but you can have a lot of fun rezzng a Janus your opponent didn't think you could, so that's something.
    I'm realizing how much I want to play your version of creation and control though haha

    • @Willingdone
      @Willingdone  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why not both? I don't like the idea of making a card just for thematic reasons. I'm not sure my version captures the full spirit of Thomas Haas, but I'd rather have a card that sees some play rather than one that sits in the binder and we glance at thinking "oh yeah remember Thomas Haas?!" It's fun for me when recognizable characters are also good cards. I think that has a lot to do with the game's success.

    I would have enjoyed this a lot more had it been more about the cards that got printed and less about the imaginary cards you think they should have printed.
