im really Sorry for it guys🙏🏼🙏🏼
8:13 the absolute trust in those CHAIRSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
no trust in the chairs, but 100% trust in my strength & endurance💪🏽💯
Discipline, consistency, hard work… This guy is making it big😮💨🔥🔥🔥
thank u bro!💯💯rlly appreciate that.
all you need is time, be patience
exactly!💯patience is the best thing for calisthenics and generally working out…
u gotta stick to a workout plan for time (minimum 1-3 months) and u will see changes.
and u gotta look back 1-2 months or even 2-4 weeks and u will see the trainings today going better than they used to.
a bad day at training today, might been a very good day 3 weeks ago🤷♂️
this is such an inspiration bro! i just started going all in on calisthenics and I can almost hold an L-sit, cant wait to do the front lever. Good job man, continue training calisthenics and you'll reach your goals in no time
thank u bro! appreciate the support🙏🏼
love to hear that u gon go all in on skills. in my opinion, static/skills is the best side of calisthenics.
and check out my front lever tutorial on my tiktok @Loms_sw (the vid is pinned) it will help u a lot💪🏽
Great result 🎉🎉
appreciate it so much bro💪🏽💪🏽
Great job man!
appreciate u my bro💪🏽
That’s so drop bro!! Let’s keep grinding 😤😤
thanks Cruz💯💯ofc! we always grinding🔥🔥🔥trust
W vid really inspiring. I started calisthenics 2 months ago and working on handstand still
u got this!💪🏽💪🏽keep working
and its good u working HS! if u unlock it early, ur journey gon be so much easier🔥🔥for every push element later
for
• beginner: L sit to hs, bent arm press etc
• intermediate: pike press, hspu
• advanced: 90 hspu & planche work
Amazing!
thank u sm!🤝🏽
Your journey motivates me and I also try to learn calisthenics and every time I show a new thing on TH-cam about calisthenics I try to perform that thing but I don't know where to start can you please make a video on how to start calisthenics from scratch/beginning.
thanks bro💯if i motivated u, then i know i reached my goal🔥more vids on tiktok bro: @Loms_sw
and i might make a how to start calisthenics for beginners vid bro.

thanks broski🤝🏽🤝🏽🤝🏽💯💯
Awesome bro.... I started calisthenics 4 months ago, i try to practice every single day, at home.... Now, I'm doing L-sit hold (20 sec), trying to balance my handstand and trying to get the streadle planche.... Great video man, congrats!!!
Thanks a lot for the support bro🤝🏽appreciate it!
its good u try practicing everyday! but remember to rest too.
but consistency & dicipline is key! so u are doing great💪🏽
20 sec L sit hold is very good & solid.
And when u learn handstand it unlocks so much for ur later future & opens up a whole new world.
U can practice it everyday at home against a wall, for 10-15 mins. And u will have it real soon💪🏽
i also advice u to learn freestanding HSPU first, and get to 4-5 reps, before starting training planche.
and meanwhile training HSPU, u should LEARN about planche. Learn about the technique, form, progressions & exercises.
So when u gon start training it,
• u have the strength, bc of the hspu
• and u have the knowledge due to ur pre-researches
@@LomsSW Yeah man, I rest once a week, I forgot to say it....
Thank you so much for your tips, I gonna be it all in practice...

«2 year transformation»
@LomsSW Brother pl share how you build up the pulling strength? What exercise and progression you followed? It would be of great help to me. Thanks.
Hi!😁
DM me on instagram @Loms_sw if u wanna have a bigger conversation and we can talk more there.
but quick answer:
I train pull each other day.
So i train one day push next day pull next day push next day pull and so on.
And i started with getting 10+ pull ups and after that i worked on mastering muscle up. And i also did weighted pull ups.
And i tried learning and building up strength to do a lot of different pull ups variations like (L sit, archer, adv tuck pull, high pull up to chest etc etc)
Then i learnt full front lever hold.
and from there i worked on pushing my FL limits.
i can tell u more about specific training on instagram!
like full workout, rest, sets, reps etc.
and just remember these 4 IMPORTANT things:
- WORK HARD (push urself and do more than u think u can)
- CONSISTENCY (do the same thing over and over again, and consistent everyday or week)
- PATIENCE (keep working even when u see no results, cuz the results will come! u just gotta keep working!)
- DICIPLINE (train every time u are supposed to do even when u dont "feel like training")
hope it helped some🤷♂️
@@LomsSW Bro I don't use Instagram. Btw thanks for your suggestions.
Also, did you train core specifically? Because I have seen people gaining core strength just doing regular calisthenics.
@@utkarsh4028 i didnt rlly train core specific.
What’s your advice for learning HSPU? I can do 1-2 reps and lose balance
if u can do hspu, just keep attempting!
do:
- attempts
- negatives
- pike presses
- wall hspu
Halla. det er Morgan, du er jwl flink og du må lære meg ass, må få din physic 🫵💪🔛🔝
setter pris på det bro! hyggeli å høre fra deg Morgan.
sjekk ut min mye video!! droppa nå nettopp. en vlog
a quick question should i try learning skills all the time or just once a week n how do i structure it is it after normal push pull day can any 1 guide me thanks alot
Hi bro!
i can make a vid on this later on if u want😁
and until then, i will tell u quick rn:
«should i try learning skills all the time or just once a week»
• u should not go learn a bunch of different skills at random times, no. then u wont progress. u should find 1 push skill & 1 pull skill. and learn it , then move onto the next skill for push & for pull.
• u should also train a skill x3 a week
• but handstand u can train everyday, but for 10-15 min only.
«how do i structure it»
• on ur push day, u train ur push skill, and then do ur normal push exercises
• and on ur pull day, u do ur pull skill, and then the normal pull exercises
• always skills first, then the exercises / basics
example:
PUSH:
skill: handstand
training: 1) handstand work 2) pike push up 3) dips & normal push ups
example
PULL:
skill: muscle up
training: 1) muscle up work 2) pull ups etc
I am training for almost 6 months now and 6 days a week i can do 50+ pushup and 10+ pullups and still can't balance freestanding handstand though i can do against wall any tips?
- keep practicing against wall (for endurance & form & muscle activation)
- understand the technique in the use of wrist , shoulders & pelvis
- do attempts too (for finding sweet spot & trying out the real deal)
also just do 15 min everyday, and u got it asap
Can u share ur workout plan
had so many, hard to say🙏🏼i just try to have a good structure.
starting with the hardest exercise and moving to the easiest.
starting with holds, and then doing the other skill work, and finish with the more basic/easier exercises
What do you eat daily to get strong so fast?
everything from eggs to candy to chicken to fast food to nothing at all
just random tbh
but i focus on protein, not so much calories
and train hard asf
@@LomsSW ok, thank You so much bro
pulling a girl was the hardest out off all pull
i even managed to do that💪🏽👸🏽
Bro which routine did you follow??
i made my own workouts mostly throughout knowledge i gained💪🏽tried out different workouts and did them for a period of times and saw good and bad, then changed it up for the better and kept working.
Try attempting the human flag, you can definitely do it too
i cant😭
What about the 90 degree hold
ye, i learnt it too. but never rlly trained for it.
it just came naturally from some other stuff💪🏽
from pseudo push ups, planche, hspu & 90 hspu negative
What is the half bar that you have
the low bar?
if thats what u mean, then
• the short and low is: a dip bar
• the long and tall is: a static bar
Type shii
fasho💯
🤩💯💯💯💯💯🦾
thanks Nico💯💯💯appreciate y
