Ingredients:
Pork Meat with bones / Ribs - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 6
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 8
Black Peppercorns - ½ tsp
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Goan Vinegar - 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )
Water - 6 tbsp or more
Salt - 1 tsp
Tamarind - 1 inch ball
Warm Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Onions - 4 medium size ( sliced )
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 4 ( break them )
Garlic - 4 cloves ( smashed )
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup / 250 ml
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - ¼ cup / 60 ml & as required

Can you cook 2dsys in advance and keep
Mistywaters, It will taste much better if it's cooked 2 days in advance. It's the same with Sorpotel or Vindaloo.
Looks the ingredients for pork admas and vindaloo are almost same.
Carmelina, Ingredients are similar but the quantities and process is very different. Vindaloo is a gravy dish whereas Aad Mas is a dry dish hence the difference. Do try it out & give me your valuable feedback 🙂
@@GetCookingNow I make pork vindaloo dry, so I don't add onions n tamarind water. Also I add lil extra jeera coarsely ground for vindaloo. Will try ur receipe for vindaloo
