Hello mate . I made this a few weeks ago and today and it is just delicious . Proper taste of goa . . I added a lot more water whilst cooking to get more gravy and to cook out the masala! Great recipe mate.

In Kerala we prepare pork in similar way (less caramel treatment) called vindaloo. I prefer this dish more than any other red meat dishes.
