this is CAPITAL! incredible man, absolutely. personally, i liked the way he sang it, even though he pretty much nailed it, there were some parts with flaws and to me its unique and raw. that's what real music is all about in my opinion. keep on killing it kurt vile. there's nothing like elite, honest, talent.
Man playing this and singing it at the same time would be so complicated. It's notably harder than strumming cords, plus the vocal melody is downright strange at times. I mean he wrote it so of course the timing makes sense to him. But I don't imagine there will be many covers of this song lol.
About that particular, peculiar solo with the guitar, man the next time three clown should consider combing the hair of the guitarist!!!! Hahaha!!! Delicious this humorous brilliant song writing and performance!!! Just wondering, who was the author? ;)
He plays alternative rock but he's probably also influenced by southern rock and legends like Neil Young. The pedal steel on this song definitely adds a country tinge.

Flaws? It's his song. He can sing however he likes. Just because it doesn't sound the same as the studio doesn't mean it's flawed.
Kexp is just amazing with their taste in music did seem out of tune at parts but still enjoyable.
@@needlamp2147to be fair his headphones did fall onto the guitar lol
i discover this dude 2020, saved my year
That is out of the fog! Guys... So tight and original ! My brain enjoyed it! :)
Everyone in his band looks like a math teacher
+Lane Patterson Your comment made me laugh out loud. Thank you.
HAHAHAHAHAHA
hahahha bravo
Meanwhile Kurt is looking like a musician :P
Most bad ass math teachers ive ever seen.
He has such beautiful curls ! I'd like to have such beautiful hair ^^
Kurt was jamming so hard his headphones fell off. That's fucking rock and roll right there! Hell yeah

Rocked so hard that his headset fell on his guitar

I always come back just to see those headphones falling off hahaha

This song and him reminded of Neil Young.
Totally. Never realized it until now
nice and raw

Looks more just like Sambergs brother. Not seeing Eric Andre
Looks like the Gillian from no country for old man
I fucking love ❤️ this
Sound so country ❤

Fuck yeah Kurt
This comment section is littered with people who don't understand rock music.
So? And?
Don’t have to understand it- it’s art
What genre of music is this? I'm assuming rock but it sounds slight country?
He plays alternative rock but he's probably also influenced by southern rock and legends like Neil Young. The pedal steel on this song definitely adds a country tinge.
It's a new genre. It is called music.
He's great actually, the best. Tremendous artist
This is genius. Musical genius always teeters between sounding like shit and sounding utterly brilliant.
Cool..then you would love my band. They are called brilliant shit bomb.
The drummer was trying to synch back the tempo for the whole track
He just had a uhh.. a uhh.. a.. a HEADPHONES.. guitar solo!
A tiny bit too slow
yes, takes away. i think i understand why but.. wrong tempo for this song, screws the feel.
why does that one guy have two sets of glasses lol
Well this guy came and went. 😂
What do you mean?
This is vile.
This is nice and raw, but this dude needs a tighter rhythm section under him. I guess it’s intentionally loose
Listen to his performances where Stella Mozgawa is drumming. Way tighter and a million times better
:( I miss hair.
Their drummer looks like the dude from Workaholics.
I don’t see it, but he looks like he’d fit right in
Loll a long haired Anders
Feel like the the vocal's didnt flow as well as studio version D;
+Jonnie Bassett It is hard to let the vocals flow when playing tricky guitar parts at the same time... Takes time.
+Len Bennati Agree!!!
+Robert Johnson III yes very difficult to make that arpeggio and sing
+Jonnie Bassett adds to the charm, imo.
***** fairs
the drummer looks alot like rick astley
looks more like he needs to put in some ringo hi-hat for variation. too much tom.
I was thinkin you look like the guy in Spinal Tap
Such a great, great song. Just a shame something went slightly wrong at the start and his headphones fell off 🤣
Damn this performance was a mess.
I don't think songs should have the word "restroom" in them.
Well he does call himself Vile...sooo...
But, I can’t help feel if I did this people wouldn’t be impressed.
I gotta say everyone else is his band needs to go! Get some better dudes they look lame and there all over powering and butchering his music.
Blame the sound engineer
