Hi Mike, great first video! I noticed when you do HSPUs you don't elevate the scapula at the end of the repetition to get the straight HS shape. I struggle to reach that point and can't do more than 2 reps. Maybe I should try this way...

My handstands is pretty solid, I could do other variations such as straddle, diamond etc. I just have a big problem with shoulder pushing strength. This is helpful, Thx 🖤💪🏽.
I bet that you are lacking protraction using too much arch back chest vs the protraction being those big strong lats upper back trapezius muscles. By protraction i mean upper back rounding
