I hope the event planner gets a lot of business after this. She found a venue with short notice, fed 85 people with food for 50, extended the baby shower end time, and still set up for the next party.

Apparently now that's cheap 🙄. I was told that a gift of at least $150.00+ was required on top of donating time and more $ for set up and cost of the venue. About $ 250.00 total. I didn't go. (Not related/friends daughter)

Regardless of who was at the next party, the first plaintiff wasn't even supposed to still be there. They were running behind because of the rain and the planner graciously gave the plaintiff an extra hour to finish up her party, but TWO HOURS LATER, the plaintiff is still opening baby gifts when the pole dancer people are coming in to set up for the next party. If she had respected the time and been done with her party at 7:00 which was what they agreed to, she and her conservative inlaws wouldn't have encountered the pole dancers.
If her mother I'm law stops speaking to her that's not her problem...it's her husband's. Her husband should deal with his mother on this and should let his mother know his wife had nothing to do with it. Period. If she's nit talking to her it's because she is looking for a reason way before that.

Not to be a downer. Regarding the second case, however. This is the same kind of “malpractice “ that ultimately led to the helicopter accident involving Koby Bryant. The professional knew the risk of allowing them to fly in that weather/ cloudy sky. Although the consumer tried to persuade against the safest course of action,the professional has a high responsibility to always PUT SAFETY FIRST! The prescription was EXPIRED he needed a new exam.

Not to be a downer. Regarding the second case, however. This is the same kind of “malpractice “ that ultimately led to the helicopter accident involving Koby Bryant. The professional knew the risk of allowing them to fly in that weather/ cloudy sky. Although the consumer tried to persuade against the safest course of action,the professional has a high responsibility to always PUT SAFETY FIRST! The prescription was EXPIRED he needed a new exam.
