I'm only 8minutes in. I won't be hard on her because stereotypically speaking, I would 110% bet this is some down south drama that was considered the norm. She actually said, matter of factly that she grew up believing her dad was her cousin; straight ïŋsce§t😢
And daddy is trying to act innocent when he was married or in a relationship. Hit and quit not once but twice. He looks a lil older than her so yes she fell for his okedoke, hook, line and sinker

I am grateful to God for my mother and fathers and for the life that my siblings and I were given as children. We always share our childhood experiences with ppl who we’ve met along our journey to adulthood and parenting regarding how paternity does matter and be an awesome experience if honesty and compassion is put on front street when facing our kids and the adversities of parenting!! Continue to bring truth, light and families together with the gift and compassion that’s in your DNA to the world!!!

Oh this format of the show is really great. Judge Lake is a very compassionate person fighting for the truth behind paternity issues. She does it in such a classy way

Sweet baby Jesus, Barbara got major problems.. she sitting up there like someone owed her, and she don't see the big issue.. not truly apologetic to her son or this man. Judge Lake did her best maintaining her cool.

This is the ALL the mom's fault! Emasculated her son by thinking she was going to be the mom AND DAD and now Reshard thinks his father is suppose to condone the result of it but Dad also not acknowledging that his absence has contributed to it. The son is mad at the Dad but not the mom? SMH I pray for Reshard's healing as well as the parents.

There’s a saying that “Broken people do broken things” which is the reason why you can’t really put blame on the mother or the father. The son had the right to know the identity of his father but she was so broken she didn’t see her way to identify a father - not when he was born nor at a later age. The father ducked after the mother told him “don’t worry about it.” He was broken too. I hope the son gets the help he needs for his path of healing. Judge Lauren Lake was right to tell the parents the focus needed to be on the son. #BlessEverySituation

Honestly in my opinion, the real reason she didn’t put the fathers on her kids birth certificates was the fact she was not sure who their father was.

Maybe I shouldn't comment yet, but 4 mins in and I'm like 😮. Let's call a spade a spade, she was slack and irresponsible, for whatever reason, justified or unjustified. She just needs to own it, and stop embarrassing herself and her child, especially as there are 4 possibilities.
Children need to know their father's, regardless of your relationship with the man. No if buts or maybe's. As a woman you need to know who your sleeping with.
    I would just BE QUIET!!!!!

Both of the parents failed. The mama mad at the dad because he was going back and forth between women and made the decision to cut him out of the child's life. Men need to stop bouncing around and women need to do the same. Both parents need to provide for the child's well being regardless.

  • @jenniferconley1192

Why he accepted his mom's behavior and can't accep the dad not accepting a lifestyle he may not understand. So his son doesn't want him to be the father causes he doesn't approve of his sexual choice. leave off sexual choice and know we don't always agree with the choices of others and our own choices. Let love lead the way. Love is not always approving of choices but just loving regardless of the choices
