Commodre #3D just SOLD for full asking $580,000! Fun fact I used to own this unit in the past about 2 owners ago. Selling for $32,000 higher in just under a year of ownership is hard to do especially in this market, but that’s just what we did for our seller. We started off with professional photos and videos from our marketing team and did a little pre-marketing by reaching out to agents who have sold recently in the building as well as mailing out postcards to all of the owners. We were present for showings and held open houses in order to convey the benefits of the property to guests in person. Sure enough the right buyer came along from a fellow colleague and we were able to sell for full asking. Thank you to @mailagibson and @koacassady for bringing the buyer and being so great to work with. We even negotiated a rent back to allow time for our seller to stay in the unit to sell off their belongings before moving back to the mainland.
