  • Walking Barefoot called Earthing or Grounding is the act of going barefoot on a natural earth material, such as sand or grass or water. Earthing is a great way to connect to the beauty of nature, and a great way to disconnect from our hectic lives.

Barefooting is natural because that's what our feet are meant/created to be. Just read(login and search) about the nature of our feet and soles. There are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet which connects to our entire body from top to toe. When we walk on sand, gravel and tiny stones/ pebbles, our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors. Apart from that it allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface. These are facts scientifically proved.
If you're not the kind who goes barefoot regularly, start rightaway( only if you wish to live a healthy lifestyle). Start from inside the house. Be totally barefoot ALWAYS when you're at home. Gradually extend it to your garden. In other words, whenever you're at home(inside the house as well as in your garden) ALWAYS be barefoot. What you did in the video was superb !!! Do it always. Of course, you make a point to wash your feet and soles once you get home. But don't put on any footwear, just remain barefoot.
Go barefoot for good health and happy feet !!!

@@slowlivingjane the magical thing about going barefoot is,the more you do it,the more you fall in love with it. That feeling of various textures of soil between your toes is hard to explain. The other point is when you do it,your feet and soles love that feeling snd they send signals to your brain and in turn you feel like doing it more and more.
Go barefoot always for good health and happy feet !!!

I recently learned about grounding and 3 years ago I fell up a step and paralyzed my left leg from knee down. I damaged the nerves extremely bad. I was told my foot would never move again blah blah blah...I kept putting my foot in my hand and moving it all around...up and down. Now I can move it 5 " back and forth and about 3" up and down. I can walk with brace from knee down and cane. My balance is very bad but I am going to walk again. Period. When I learned about grounding it was just getting bad weather in Kentucky. Now we have snow. I have a tree but its on a hill in front yard. Can't wait for good weather so I can practice this often. I really believe I will walk unassisted on my own. I also believe in prayer and meditation. Recently subscribed. Love it.❤🌹🌺

I will be happy when warm weather comes so that you can go out and connect with the ground, I am hoping that you walk again just like you use to my friend. I will be walking in the grass when the weather warms up also. So, let's walk together and reconnect to the earth.

What an amazing story. I believe in you. You've managed to come this far I really think with your persistence and determination you will do it. Try everything that you can and grounding certainly can't hurt. It will help.

Yes walking barefoot sensing the energy from mama earth can be so healing yet taken for granted. Thank you for reminding us of grounding. It is definitely going to be my daily ritual :)

I have to try this, but first I have to somehow get rid of my fear of creepy crawling things. I will first start by just taking off my shoes and walking in the grass. Thanks for this calming and beautiful video. Very nice.

Barefooting is not a challenge. Your feet and soles love to be totally free. They love various textures of soil between their toes. They love to kiss the Earth. We deprive them of their happiness due to our selfish desires snd once in a while you set them free and then call it a challenge.
If you love your feet and soles like the rest of your body and want them to be free,go barefoot as often as possible(more the better). Be totally barefoot ALWAYS when you're at home and that's inside the house as well as in your garden. Barefoot living not only makes your feet and soles happy but makes them look pretty and healthy.
Go barefoot always for good health and happy feet !!!
