Dont see how it would really make a difference seeing as the uterus is below the mediastinum and separated by the diaphragm. I think she could still get pregnant and carry full term, ribs dont really play too much a factor. Perhaps from week 30+ she might feel extra lower back pain or woddle a bit more due to the extra strain put on her lumbar spine. Just my thought
