He does seem like a good guy...but the nose jobs aren't the only work he has had done to his face. He has had a lot of work done.

Sammy is such a nice, modest, realistic man. He suffered through years of procedures and disappointments until Dr. Nassif was able to normalize his nose’s appearance and function. No wonder he’s full of joy and confidence now. I’d love to see Sammy perform! I wish him every success.
This made me so happy. Sammy deserved to have his nose back. He's so good looking. It was a shame for him to have to suffer for so long.

Man the nose is such a small part of the body to be cut on multiple times! It's horrible too that it wasn't because he wanted this but got in a bad accident, tried to fix it just to go through this horrible experience

I did not know that people got their nose hair WAXED! Holy hell.
They do, and it's a bad idea. Pulling out all the hairs opens the pores, there's bleeding and infection can start easily. It could get to the brain and become tragic.

They have a prosthetic designer who works with them sometimes who may have been able to help. He could have designed a stick on nose that Michael could have worn over the remnant.

I'm sure you've probably gotten an answer to this by now, but he actually does a lot of body surgeries! He's known for his boob jobs, I'm pretty sure. It's very cool to watch him work as well!
